The house was fantastic, including plenty of space, heated pool, and gorgeous views (especially the sunset).

We had an incredible stay! The house was absolutely beautiful with the most amazing views. It was clean, welcoming, and had everything we could possibly need. We especially loved the game room, sauna, steam room, and the solar-heated pool. They were all such great touches that made our stay even better. The kids had an amazing time, and it was perfect for families since everyone had their own space to relax and unwind. Overall, an amazing experience and we would absolutely stay here again!

Awesome property close to numerous wineries. Property managers go out of there way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. We had 5 couples at the property and there is plenty of room for everyone. Pool,spa,kitchen,sauna and the views from top of the mountain all incredible.

We had an amazing time at this incredible property. Plenty of room for our 6 couples, including nice bedrooms and all 6 with en-suite bathrooms. The dining area with sliding glass doors, the amazing pool and that view to the valley was all spectacular. Highly recommend

I will start with: It was a FABULOUS place!The check-in was great; the on-site tour was very helpful. The house was very clean and well stocked with all kinds of extra resources/items that you could possibly be looking for when traveling via airplane for a vacation with a large family.All 5 of our kids and their families had their own bedroom with bathroom and the bonus room worked out well for the toddlers.The pool, hot tub and sauna/steam room was all utilized to the max!! Not to mention the bocce court and the pool table in the evenings.Only con is that the dishwashers seemed a bit old/difficult to get started but cleaned the dishes once they started running!!Overall, a fabulous house with stunning views and very well maintained!!The property manager & associate were very helpful the one time we had a question on how to run the kitchen stereo. I don't want to forget to mention...Plus, we requested to have the piano tuned for a dinner that we had a professional jazz player flown into town from New York to play for us. Melanie had that done before we arrived!! (Thank you, so much!!) Will definitely rent again on big family trip to Santa Rosa!!

This property far exceeds what the photos can convey. The panoramic views are simply breathtaking and must be experienced in person. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with vibrant flowers and frequent visits from hummingbirds that made every morning coffee feel like a special occasion.The home is exceptionally well-appointed and truly feels like a luxury retreat. From the fully stocked kitchen—complete with everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal—to the impressive selection of stemware perfect for wine and champagne enthusiasts, no detail was overlooked. Each bedroom included cozy robes, a thoughtful touch that everyone appreciated. The sauna and steam room were standout features that added a spa-like experience to our stay.The attention to detail throughout the home is unmatched. Melanie and Jason were outstanding hosts—responsive, helpful, and genuinely welcoming throughout the entire process. While the home offers peaceful seclusion, it’s still conveniently located just a short drive from town.We can’t recommend this property highly enough. Don’t waste your time searching further—this home is truly exceptional.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. There were 10 adults and each couple had a very nice bedroom with Bathroom. It’s notable that the house was so well appointed. From the kitchen to the bedrooms, there were plenty of towels, plates, utensils, condiments, and everything we can ask for. The house was well stocked. It was very clean very well maintained and a lot of fun! My friend especially liked the steam room and sauna. They were luxurious. The view from the pool deck was excellent. And the hosts were very responsive, helpful and easy to work with. Very responsive. The host’s recommendations for restaurants, transportation and a chef for our final dinner were very helpful. All of my friends enjoyed the home greatly. Thank you.

A group of 10 friends stayed here while visiting wine country. The location is perfect and within 30 minutes of most places. Costco is nearby - we highly recommend delivery service from there. The host was gracious, welcoming and a delight to work with. The house exceeded expectations with touches of comfort that made it over the top, like the fleece blankets ready to go for the fire pit, or the chilled towels for the sauna/steam room. I cannot recommend this place enough and feel privileged to have stayed here.

We had a wonderful stay for my sisters bachelorette weekend. The house was perfect for our group and the host was very accommodating.

This place is amazing It was our second year staying here and we loved it again. Melanie is a great host. Very responsive and accommodating. Plenty of beds, all with an en-suite bath. Views are incredible, and the bocce court is a fun bonus. Look forward to staying here again next year!

This rental was a major splurge for my husband and I so that we could celebrate a milestone birthday with our closest family and friends. Check in was seriously the only hiccup we had during the entire stay - the codes were incorrect, but Melanie was so responsive we did not wait long to get past that! Let me just say that we were absolutely blown away. The drive up was like a picturesque drumroll to this heavenly home. Pictures and description do NOT give this property justice. We had absolutely everything we needed to host a stay for 12 and gathering for 14. The grounds were well kept, the heated pool, spa, sauna, and steam room were all in great condition. The Sonos music system was a fantastic touch to immerse the space in sound. The beds were unbelievably comfortable - weighted blankets and light downy pillows made sleeping during those delightfully chilly nights snuggly and warm in bed. Only about 30 minutes and you are whisked away to the heart of Napa Valley - but don’t sleep on Santa Rosa! It is a cute slice of Sonoma County and we are happy we explored a little of what it had to offer. I am envious of those who can afford a stay like this regularly - it was a once in a lifetime for me and I’m glad we took the plunge!
