It is attached to our main house on the first floor although there is No living space above your suite and your space is Extremely private, although you will share one small wall with our downstairs space of which many upgrades have been completed to ensure complete privacy and comfort for our guests, as well as ourselves. We're an adult family of three with no dogs or children, our UCSC student Nephew shares the same locked side yard entry gate but is very busy with school and work and you may not see him at all during your stay.
