Relaxing 3BR Family Get Away Walk to Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk

The attention to detail in this condo is everything to us. Anything and everything that you would need when at home, you have here. FROM all the extra snacks that they put out and the coffee pods and anything you need in the bathroom whether it be shampoo or conditioner or body wash the bedding was clean. Kitchen has everything from a blender, toaster, pots, and pans, dishes, and cups and silverware and utensils for cooking.The home was clean the comfort of the balcony/porch. The only thing we’re bummed that we didn’t get to enjoy. Was the fire pit and seating and grill but hope to be back again sometime where we have more time to actually enjoy the property more…. Everyone slept very comfortably and would recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay in Santa Cruz. This place is in a great location, within walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk. The home was very comfortable for us and our 3 teens - with plenty of space to spread out. Be aware the streets are very narrow in this area, there is adequate room for parking with a little skill - granted we did have a minivan which can be challenging to park in small spaces. We enjoyed using the side patio and grill for a family meal together. Overall great location, great place!

We are so happy with this rental. We walked 5 min to the Boardwalk, you can actually hear it from the property. It’s a cute little neighborhood, felt pretty safe. Kitchen had everything we needed. Unit was clean and tidy, the housekeeper left an envelope for a tip, we were happy to let her know that she was doing great. Here’s a few little things that I want to make sure you know, mostly in description, but not super clear-Second floor property, laundry is on first floor and locked, parking is tight. There’s a covered spot, which is great, but if you have an SUV, it’s tight. You’re able to walk to dining if you’re into that, but walking at night may be too dark because the area is older and not well lit. Communication was excellent!! We will stay here again.

If you’re looking for a clean, nicely appointed and decorated 3 bedroom rental super close to the boardwalk for your vacation, look no further. This place is a gem! The owners have furnished and decorated this rental with love and care. The decor is beachy, yet classy giving the place a light airy feel. It has a nicely equipped kitchen that has everything we needed. We did not cook while we were there (mama needs a vacation, too, right?), but we could have cooked anything we desired and not needed a thing except the ingredients. The options for Uber Eats are plentiful and they all arrived quickly.! The living room furniture was comfortable and there was plenty of space for the four of us to lounge after all the fun times. The boardwalk is walking distance, and there’s a lovely bridge that takes you right to it. My two boys—11 and 13—also really appreciated the snacks that were left for us. So thoughtful! We have already started talking about when we’ll be back. Thanks for a fantastic space to spend our vacation.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Location was perfect, quiet yet still walkable to the boardwalk, downtown, and cute neighborhood walks. The kitchen was well equipped-my family and I are big cooks and we were able to enjoy many home cooked meals. The rooms were comfortable and the bathroom was big enough to accommodate 5 adults easily. Thank you so much for hosting my family!

This was the perfect location and it was one of the most well stocked rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Our kids enjoyed the close walk to the boardwalk and the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Super great Santa Cruz spot! Loved the details for the kids (oven knob safety closures) and great bunk bed room for the kids. Easy to walk to the boardwalk and ocean view park which is awesome. Super clean and well stocked
