The downstairs bedroom has a Tempur Pedic queen mattress looking through large French doors to the hot tub against a wall of black bamboo. There is also a chaise, a foam foldout mattress and a double inflate-able queen mattress and a daybed if needed.brbrThe tropical secluded backyard has a large wraparound deck, a hot-tub with chaise lounge-chairs, an outdoor hot & cold shower, a gas BBQ and a marble-top antique dining table & chairs. The lovely backyard is completely fenced so you can bring your furry friends with you.brbrPet fee - Guests with pets are allowed to a pet for a fee of $40/day. (No more than one pet is allowed except with prior written permission). Pet owners must bring their own bedding/blankets etc for their pet to ensure that there is no pet fur on the house bedding, couches, chairs etc..
