WANT TO GET AWAY FOR A FEW DAYS BUT DON’T WANT TO GO FAR, COME TO SANTA CRUZ

Very nice property and comfortable to stay in. We didn’t use the hot tub/bbq but it looked nice. Beds comfy. Kitchen very well stocked!

We enjoyed our stay and my family loved the central location to all the things that interested them. The hot tub was utilized every night. We did not use the BBQ but would next time we come.

Maureen was a wonderful host who was responsive and provided clear, detailed information. You can tell she really cares for her home. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We enjoyed the hot tub, and it was a nice bonus having beach chairs and towels, as well as streaming services, available for guests to use! The location was excellent in a quiet neighborhood and close to everywhere we wanted to go. We had a great stay and would definitely come back. Thanks Maureen!

Everything about this stay was easy, and the place was worth every penny. It was conveniently located within 20 minutes of the Boardwalk and Capitola, and walking distance to the beach. We had a wonderful vacation with this as our homebase.

Great home in a nice neighborhood with a spacious kitchen and beautiful outdoor space. Wonderful living room with great seating that accommodated our family very comfortably. The bedrooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The communication with the owner was outstanding and I appreciated her responsiveness to my questions. Overall, a great experience.

Annual 5 friends weekend. We had a great time. The house was exactly, if not better, than described. Clean, comfortable, close to the beach, golf, restaurants and town. Plenty of places to relax inside and out. We were able to play scrabble, do crafts, enjoy meals. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Very easy to coordinate with. Highly recommended!

This property was perfect for a low key weekend and everything was so clean it felt like the cleaners had just left. The host was super accommodating, communicative and friendly making the stay even better. It was a short walk to the beach and close in proximity to the boardwalk!

Great property in an excellent quiet neighborhood! The kitchen was well equipped and common area very comfortable. Great large table with good lighting for our 1000 piece puzzle! Will definitely be back.

Nice newer home located within easy walking distance to the harbor, restaurants and beach. Maureen was great with allowing us to get in early and in quickly addressing a minor issue we had. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic home in quiet neighborhood with easy walk to beach and eateries! Small 3rd floor office easily accommodates extra firm foam single mattress. Hot tub made our early June trip more enjoyable. Beach days were limited due to weather. The house spacious and played out well. Definitely would rent this house again.

This is by far one of the best homes I have stayed at during my family trips using Vrbo to locate quality vacation rental homes. I will most definitely being staying here again for our next visit to Santa Cruz. I HIGHLY recommend this vacation rental home for the following reasons:Excellent Communication with Marlene.I appreciated her personal phone call to ensure a safe visit and to ensure we understood her house keeping expectations. She was always available via text if every I had a few questions. All home instructions were also in a very organized packet upon entering the home. House alarm was nice too!Clean and Beautiful Home.The house was very clean. All of the bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, patio, front porch, decks, and garage were extremely clean, organized, well stocked with linens, and cooking supplies. Washer and dryer very helpful. Comfortable beds, teens were happy!Safe and Lovely Neighborhood:Neighbors were welcoming as we took walks to the beach or local convenient store. Families in the area riding bikes and walking their pets also gave a safe feeling. Clean area, everyone takes good care of their homes. Great Location:Walks to the beach were excellent. The house has beach chairs, toys, and other fun outdoor equipment. Not a long drive to the pier either. Fun family day at the pier. This was our first time using VRBO and everything was great!

We all had a great time staying at the beach house! I thought we would be a little closer to the beach and the parking was a little tight for 2 trucks and a car but it worked out just fine!

Probably one of the nicest properties we have stayed at in our travels. Even nicer than the pictures show! Location was excellent and house and kitchen were well stocked and provided everything we needed. Didn’t end up using the outdoor area much because of all the acorns and debris from the beautiful oak tree in the backyard but that’s okay. We had a wonderful visit, thank you!

Cozy, beautiful, comfy and wonderful. Lots of little things to make it perfect. The bed downstairs was so comfy. Heated floors were fabulous. All the amenities were perfect.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with a quiet safe neighborhood close to Seabright, a beach at the end of the street. The parking situation was very narrow, however, we were able to situate up to 4 cars on or near the property. The spacing was tight for our cars but it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience. The entrance felt private & safe since it was located on the side of the house. Once you enter the home, you notice the bright natural lighting (around 3pm). It was a very open space with the kitchen, dining & living room all together. The master bedroom was located on the first floor right next to the living room & stairs, so this plan wouldn’t be too ideal for families with children. What I really enjoyed about the master bedroom was the amount of closet space. The upstairs was even brighter & well furnished with even better views, given it has two different balconies. They provided us with small bathroom amenities such as make up wipes, body wash & plenty of different towels I very much appreciated this as I benefitted from all of them! We used the hot tub both nights & it does require some time to heat up, but once it’s hot, it stays hot. Curfew was at 10pm & it really does get quiet in the neighborhood so you do notice the intensity of your own volume when outside. They even provided extra bath robes upstairs & downstairs & they came super in handy for these situations. Only inconvenience was, I didn’t get my check out instructions until 2hrs before check out.
