Dazzling Family Beach Retreat: HOT TUB, BIKES, SURF BOARDS, BBQ, BEACH ACCESS

Close to the ocean for our morning walks. The Hot tub, so easy to raise the cover and nicely hot. Loved the huge water containers in the frig. Enjoyed the Sun deck, too. Shopping and restaurants very close, especially Shadowbrook.

Clean place and well stocked.

Wonderful house for our family (1 toddler, 4 adults) - plenty of room and fully stocked kitchen/amenities. The location was great for walking and hitting the beach. Communication and check in was easy. Would absolutely stay again!

What a lovely home with wonderful amenities! Truly we had everything we needed and more. The host has thought of all those little things which makes living in someone else’s home so much easier like nightlights and a fully equipped kitchen. And the mattress was the most comfortable I have slept on in a long time. We took a picture of the tag so we can get one for ourselves.

What a lovely listing, we were so happy, comfy and cozy. The hot tub was ideal. Fantastic location to take in dreamy Pleasure Point and steps to the ocean. We walked at sunrise, sunset, in between, so easy. The airy deck delivered for coffee and meals. Thoughtfully appointed. Super comfy beds and pillows, we slept great. Bring an eye mask as the downstairs bedroom has some light leaks. I really appreciated that the bed linens and towels are washed on site in fragrance free detergent. Easy check in and easy parking. 100% recommend.

This property was terrific and Steve was a pleasure to work with. We stayed in California for a week and our stay at this property was our most relaxing by far. A short walk to multiple beaches where we watched surfers and took in the sunsets. Cool neighborhood with a very nice vibe. Great coffee and burrito shop a few blocks away with great food and java. The top floor of this home really makes it special, full of light and with views over most of the surrounding houses. And our teens loved the hot tub.

It’s a lovely comfortable house, well appointed. Anytime you’re looking for something (Gee, I wonder if they have that?) they do. This is our second stay and it was just as wonderful as the first time.

My husband, two teenagers and I loved staying at this lovely home in our favorite Santa Cruz neighborhood, Pleasure point.

Very homey, clean, and well stocked. So many things to do within walking distance. We loved the area too! Very nice ambiance

Wonderful visit to Santa Cruz at Steve's house. The house is in a perfect location, it has everything you will need for a wonderful stay. The cruisers are perfect for riding to the beach or boardwalk. Will definitely return!

The house had a great layout for enough privacy and gatherings. So comfortable & clean. Amazing beds. And, the neighborhood was great. We used the bikes to ride everyday - along the beach, to Verve Coffee and Capitola. Just a fantastic location and space. Thank you!

We lived in this neighborhood for 10 years and it's so special to be able to come back and this place is the perfect way to do so. This is our 2nd visit and we'll be back for sure!

We had a wonderful time. The location was perfect for beach and food access. We split our time between the Boardwalk and the Beach. House was clean, organized and easily accessible. The only thing I would suggest is don’t sleep on the trundle bed with your toddler if you are an adult. It isn’t for tall people lol

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time staying so close to the beach. It was exactly what we all needed. Quiet, relaxing, comfortable. The house was stocked with everything we would find in our own home.
