The real attraction of the property is the large deck in the front of the house, wrapped around the pool and hot tub, as well as the pool cabana area with a full bath, kitchenette, seating/lounging area, and a wall-mounted TV. You can enjoy one of the best views La Jolla offers while seated in the pool, spa, cabana, by the firepit, or on a chaise lounge while soaking up the Southern California sun. brbrInside the house boasts a large well-stocked chef's kitchen which is a natural place for people to gather, especially around the large central kitchen island. You can easily cook for or entertain a large gathering while participating in all the action. Two heater/AC units can control the temperature in the bedrooms and the living spaces separately. Lots of books and games to keep everyone entertained and each bedroom has direct access to a full bath (bedrooms 2 and 3 share a Jack and Jill) offering lots of peace and privacy. There's a dedicated work desk area in the alcove of the hallway, a regulation basketball hoop in the driveway, and a tranquil brick patio area in the back of the house. brbrThere are about 25-30 steps leading up to the front door from the driveway so it may not be easily accessible for the elderly and the physically challenged.
