Small property, but quite interior

This was the worst possible VRBO stay. Bugs everywhere! Bugs in both beds, in the shower, all over the kitchen counters, and a live bug in the fridge. Absolutely disgusting. The property management company could not have been any worse to deal with. When we explained the problem their response was “there’s bug spray under the kitchen sink”. We ended up going to a hotel. After filing complaints, photos and videos; the company would only send a 50% refund because we were outside the “cancellation policy”. We did not “cancel” our vacation. The unit was disgusting and shouldn’t have been rented.

We stayed for a long weekend at the Bayside Bikini, and it was perfect! So relaxing to drink coffee on the covered patio, take a long walk or bike ride down the bay, and watch the sunset over the ocean. So many restaurants to eat at, and coffeeshops, stores to visit. We will be back!

Great location and very clean and accommodating

The place was nice. And was accurately described.the couch smelled like urine and we mentioned it so they sent someone to spray something on it and it didn't help .fabreeze didn't help amd the towel hooks were missing so no where to hang our towels

I booked this based on a lot of nice reviews. Unfortunately, those were not accurate and I can't recommend this company in general. They have a very strict check-in policy. I asked for even 15 minutes early as I had a very tight timeframe to get to an event in downtown San Diego They refused. They then sent me the wrong check-in code and are now telling me they know their system sends the wrong cod. This delay was very stressful and ended up making us late for the event as there was a delay to get into the house. The location is very loud and it's not from the construction they mention it's from the people upstairs, the people to the sides, the homeless people digging through your garbage for portions of the night. We had an issue with the Internet not working for two days and instead of coming out to check it they wanted to text back-and-forth with me and before coming to fix it. The amenities in the house should be in good working order before the guest shows up, it should not be the guest responsibility to troubleshoot their Internet. I contacted them via text two times before check in with questions, they never replied. I emailed them and there was a very prolonged reply. Once I was in the house, I emailed a question and they texted me and told me don't email, text.Very confusing. I emailed them outside of this to address these issue, then I sent a second email asking for them to rectify the problems that occurred on the trip.. this was per their request as they said they couldn't address any refunds while the trip was occurring Even in addressing my final email it took multiple attempts and days. Their communication is awful. I cannot recommend them at all unfortunately.

This property worked perfectly well for our family's needs/wants. The location and the fact that it had a parking space is the main reason why we chose it. We loved being able to take a short walk to the beach. The harbor is even closer but we preferred going to the beach most days. Having the parking spot was very helpful in this area. We enjoyed our rooms and the living space. Everything was great. It does come with a couple of beach chairs and boogie boards which was also handy. The only two things I would suggest is that the kitchen needs a regular spatula for cooking and if there is a way to make the water pressure better in the shower (possibly a different shower head). We would definitely stay here again !

Nice place to stay clean and close to both beach and bay.

It was great for short trip. It was tight space, not much room to open your luggage but it worked. Very close to the bay. Host was great, professional and flexible.

Great little spot right in the middle of Mission. Easy to get to the bay or the beach, lots of options within walking distance.Clean and perfect for a beach trip.

This property is cute and small. we had two adults and a 3 year old. Wouldnt want more than that in the space. great location, access to the bay and the ocean. Wonderful coffee, food within walking distance. beds comfy! kitchen stocked with basics - get cooking basics at the store before coming if you want to cook.Area safe and quiet. Definately stay again.

We were here for just a weekend, it was super close to the beach as well as lots of restaurants within walking distance. The location came with one parking spot which was a huge plus. The building was very clean and well maintained. Easy to check in, and all around a great experience staying here. I would highly recommend.

Perfect place for our family of 3 and our dog! Both the bayside and ocean side beaches were just a few steps from the front door which is why we went to San Diego…the beach! There are also several great restaurants and coffee shops within a few minute walk. The beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie provided was less stuff we had to pack. The house was cozy but comfortable and had everything we needed for a great family vacation!

Came here with my family. The property was very cute Triplex. Two studios above and 2 bedroom bottom floor where we stayed. perfect for our family of four. It was small but worked great and we utilized the patio. We love that we had a full kitchen (various pots & pans, utensils, bbq, traditional coffee maker) we’re steps away from the bay and just a few more steps away from the beach. Right in town close to dining and entertainment. Management responsive and we were able to check in early. Management reached out to us second day to check on us as well. Would stay here again!

Unit was clean and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Just a few steps from the bay.

There were a few things needed , spices more utensils. Everything eles was great. We enjoyed are stay.

The beach house was very comfortable. Not many beach houses have really comfortable beds, but this one does! Parking was amazing, right out in front of your place. 10 yards from the beach, never thought I'd enjoy the bay more than the actual ocean bit o did here ! . Perfect location to all restaurants. The company was super easy to work with and kept great communications. House is exactly how it was described. Would definitely come back.
