Trash Collection Service: Our dedicated can-runner service partner handles trash management for your convenience. The service comes in before collection day: Monday- to ensure that bins are placed out on time.

    Our group of long-time friends (graduated college together 50 years ago) including spouses stayed here for four nights--18 folks in all. On two of the evenings, we all met in the top floor of one unit, which accommodated us nicely. There was room to move around and enough chairs/barstools/sofa on which to sit, a balcony, a convenient bathroom, counter space and tables for hors d'oeuvres. Although there is a patio where the grill is, we only used that space once because moving from there into a unit is not easy. To get from there into two of the three units requires one to walk around three sides of the building to reach the front doors. Accessing the third unit is easier. Although we would still have rented the unit, it would have been nice if that fact had been clear beforehand. LOTS of off-street parking was a big plus because seven of the couples had rental cars. There are three garages and room for at least four more cars in covered space. I must compliment the owner on responsiveness. Whenever I had a question, Matthew always answered quickly. There was only one minor issue that needed fixing, but he jumped on it and handled it within a few hours. The Pacific Beach location was great! Low noise, low traffic, only a mile from the beach, and walking distance to lots of restaurants and other services, like grocery stores. Highly recommended. We would stay here again, and would look favorably on any other property offered by the owner.

    Great location and perfect retreat for a large group. Having three fully independent dwellings makes for a unique and useful property just a short walk to the PB strip, grocery stores and restaurants. The units were clean and the kitchen was well stocked but linens (bath mats, hand towels, dish cloths) were missing from some rooms and a little worn in- we found them a few days into the trip in the laundry machine. Overall I would book here again as it was clean, functional, easy to get to and in a great location for me and my group.
