30 day minimum rental. Newly renovated, stylish, sophisticated 1 bedroom condominium in the heart of everything. Overlooks Horton Grand Hotel and Theatre, 3 blocks to Petco park, 2 blocks to San Diego Convention Center, right in the center of the Gaslamp Quarter surrounded by great bars and restaurants. Located on the 4th floor of the Gaslamp City Square complex with pool and spa, fitness center and barbecue area secluded in our building's private central courtyard. Kitchen just updated with a full suite of Top-of-the-Line KitchenAid stainless steel appliances (Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Counter-depth French Door Refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker). The entire building is Access Controlled (fob required for all entry doors and elevators) for extra security. Designated parking space included. Pet friendly, with approval (building allows up to two 35 lb. pets, just not on the pool deck or central courtyard please). Trolley line is 2 blocks away with connection to Amtrak and Coaster. Old Town Trolley stop right across the street.

King-size bed and small futon couch (that could accommodate a child) in bedroom and Queen-size memory foam convertible sofa in living room. Fully equipped kitchen, walk-in closet, ample bathroom (with tub and shower) and in-unit laundry (combination washer/dryer). Air conditioned, but you may just want to enjoy the ocean breezes through the dual sliding glass doors in both livingroom and bedroom.

    Hosts Tim and Pam are exceptional—very hospitable and helpful. The property is exactly as described—spacious, clean, and stocked with every amenity needed for an extended stay. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped, making meal prep easy, and the in-unit washer/dryer was a great plus. The apartment has a comfortable bedroom and living area, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, which was essential for my remote work. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like cozy blankets, well-stocked toiletries, and welcome beverages. This apartment had everything I needed for my 5-month stay. As for the location, the apartment building is ideally situated at the beginning of the Gaslamp Quarter. This location was perfect for me since I don’t drive—I had easy walking access to grocery stores, restaurants, and various attractions in downtown. Though Gaslamp is a vibrant, lively neighborhood and can be noisy, the apartment itself faces a quieter street with excellent soundproofing. Despite being noise-sensitive, I adjusted pretty easily to this neighborhood. Overall, this property exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for long-term stays.     Being in Gaslamp District, very noisy Thurs-Sat evenings; also, unit is right above where garbage/recycle bins are emptied, usually around 8am.

    Owners provided extra supplies that helped out and were not offered with other owners. The property was clean and comfortable and the owners did a good job to insure we were comfortable.

    The property is just as advertised - complete, tidy and efficient, right in the heart of downtown San Diego and the Gaslamp scene. And, you could not find friendlier or more accommodating hosts anywhere.

    Very comfortable place, with all the kitchen, bath, and entertainment we needed and king bed to swallow us up! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and gym. CVS and Ralph’s shirt walks, restaurants and bars dominate Gaslamp. Perfect place to see the festivities of Comic-Con and walk the harbor or enjoy all of Balboa Park. Was our perfect weather home for July… wonderful!

    We enjoyed our stay at Pam and Tim’s apartment. The location of the condo is right in the middle of the Gaslamp and you are within walking distance of everything downtown has to offer. The unit was very clean, had comfortable furniture, fast WiFi, easy parking and everything you would ever need for a stay. Pam and Tim went above and beyond in terms of making our stay comfortable. They were very generous with leaving excess supplies and put a lot of thought into making the apartment welcoming to guests. We would definitely stay here again in the future for a long term stay in San Diego.
