Getting Around:

The home is a few blocks from all major freeway on-ramps leading in and out of the city, and a two block stroll to the nearest public transportation (Park and Market station of the Metropolitan Transit System, which hosts the Blue, Orange, and Green Lines). You'll be able to come and go as you please using the smart door locks and remote control to the parking garage.



Other Things to Note:

- No smoking allowed.

- No parties or events allowed. Quiet hours strictly enforced. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.Quiet time: 9pm-8am.

- Garage parking available - Garage remote will be provide during your stay.

- Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent the property.

- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs a lease agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

- Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax

- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
