This place was totally remodeled with everything replaced including floors, cabinets, high-end appliances, etc. There is a gas fireplace, and a luxury King Size couch bed in the living room pull out Sofa. The large outside private patio has couches, table with umbrella and chairs, Weber BBQ, and lounge chairs…with a view of the beach and Ocean. There are also two new technology Heat pump AC/Heater systems in the unit. Only one was needed to do the whole unit, but we put in a second unit in the Master Bedroom as well for added sleeping comfort.
