From our property you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula. Conveniently located between the Balboa & Newport Piers you will never be more than 5-10 minutes from shops 30+ restaurants & bars, Balboa Fun Zone etc

Our home is one of two units in a two unit building.

Our home is located on the upper floor and includes EVERYTHING YOU NEED to enjoy your family vacation at the beach. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, silverware etc), fireplace, Smart TV, dining room table, Patio & Propane BBQ, Washer/Dryer, and garage parking.

HOME LOCATION:

This property is located in Balboa area between 6th & 7th St. between Newport and Balboa Piers. You can walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, Lombardy's market, the balboa fun zone, boat rentals, all while staying at the beach.

For those of you with kids, The nearby Bay beach is perfect for families. Marina Park is just a few blocks away with a giant Grass area to hang out at making this home an ideal location for families.

Construction Notice: Adjacent construction March 2026 - May 2026. The City of Newport Beach allows construction to take place between 7:00 a.m. & 4:30 p.m. on weekdays with no weekend (Sat/Sun) or holiday work permitted. Rental rates have been reduced to compensate for any inconvenience.

Air-Conditioning
This property includes air conditioning. The thermostat should be set no lower than 74 degrees and turned off when the home is vacant. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the home will cool to a specific temperature in all bedrooms and spaces

Parking Details
Parking: You are provided one designated space in the garage. Mid‑sized vehicles are recommended for the easiest access.

Laundry
A private washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit for your use. Included in your stay is 4 single use Laundry Powders.

High Chair & Pack 'n Play
High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.

    We enjoyed our stay at this Newport Beach gem. Walking distance to the boardwalk and beach, as well as stores, cafes, and restaurants. The home was comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!

    The pictures are accurate. This home is beautiful and very clean. It’s right next to the beach. That was a pleasant surprise. The location was peaceful and parking was easy to find (our SUV didn’t fit in the garage). Great experience. I’ll come again.
