Stayed Apr 8, 2026The place needed to be cleaned better. I went to charge my phone and pulled back the bed side table and behind it there was someone’s nasal spray bottle, a HUGE wad of hair, and used tissues. It was disgusting. I went to use the scissors in the kitchen and there was tons of pieces of broccoli all over it and in the kitchen drawer. The towels to use after a shower were the cheap paper thin ones and were scratchy. There was clothes under one of the other beds as well. Get new house cleaners who do their job, some new towels and bedding and ruts would’ve been a 5 star review. The location is fantastic!!

Stayed Sep 12, 20252nd stay here. Beautiful house, beautiful view and plenty of room for our family. Hot water never an issue, even when 3 showers going at once. Everything you need for the beach and the host is very responsive. We will be back!

Stayed Jul 12, 2025We loved our stay here in Newport at this beautiful home. The house was clean, modern and roomy for our families that stared this home together. There were many kids toys, boogie boards, and other beach supplies provided. The linens were clean, the towels were fresh and the view was perfect! We enjoyed the well fenced patio (as we had some children). We had quite a few bikes and were able to spread them apart from where we’re hanging out on the patio. This unit has another attached unit also. I was slightly concerned on how that would be, but I hardly knew they were there due to the orientation of the house (along with the long patios that were divided by gates).The distance was nice in between Newport and Balboa. We could walk or ride to either! Our families would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Oct 7, 2024We had a lovely time. Easy checkin and responsive host. House is lovely beach is lovely. We had some challenges with Vrbo invoicing because we had to move our dates a bit. But the host was helpful in getting the correct charge and worked with us on moving our stay a few days. We could have used a few more items for cleaning (dish soap, rags, garbage bags) but were able to get items from close by store.
