Parking Enforcement
No illegal parking, including parking over the yellow line behind the garage or in the alley. Violations may result in city fines of $2,000+ for which the renter is responsible.

Noise Enforcement
Parties or loud gatherings may result in city fines of $2,000+ and/or immediate eviction without refund, for which the renter is responsible.

    Though this unit is not updated, the location and amenities are prime. It's so close to the beach and bike lane. The store complex down the road has several yummy restaurants for every meal, breakfast sandwiches, donuts, pastries, burritos, sushi, burgers, tacos, pizza, pasta, etc. There is a grocery store about a mile down the road. Lots of parks in either direction for kids to play.The bikes were awesome and we had a blast riding them around. We rode to the pier to the south, and to the river to the north, which has a trail on both sides of it. The beach toys, chairs, and boogie boards were so convenient! We had a blast at the beach and saw lots of dolphins. The beds were comfortable in our opinion. They are about a medium softness, so if you like different, keep that in mind. The hosts were awesome! We aren't big fans of having to meet people to check in, but Rich was so fun and nice, and made it quick. You will love your stay here!

    This property is steps from the beach and yes we saw dolphins! It was peaceful to sit on the deck and see the water. We traveled from NJ so we greatly appreciated all of the little details this property provided since there is no way we could have packed everything. It's true that they thought of everything-linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, soft soap in the bathrooms, dish soap, a new sponge to wash dishes with, laundry and dishwasher detergent, beach chairs, umbrellas, ETC. They also included 4 free bikes which was great. There is a bike lane just steps from the house for a safe ride to downtown. We rode to 35th street and then jumped onto the paved path along the beach which leads to the pier which is just over a mile from the house at the center of town. The grocery store is less than a mile from the house but we highly recommend making an online order and taking advantage of the property's generous offer to stock the fridge for you before you arrive. We did not and regretted it because we got in later than we had expected. Great house!

    The location was wonderful. Close to a couple places to eat and right next to the beach. Close enough to take a bike ride to the balboa ferry and fun center. Would definitely recommend it to everyone

    We had the best time in Newport. The place has everything you need! They had plenty of toys and beach gear and was just a 30-second walk to the sand. I rode my bike along the beach which was amazing. Also saw whales and tons of dolphins just offshore. We will stay again (unless we just move there).

    We loved the location just a block from the beach. Property is clean, well stocked for your stay, and has comfortable beds. We loved having use of the bikes. Communication was excellent and we would definitely come back next time we visit Newport Beach.
