Bayfront-Private Beach, Close to Pier, Fun Zone

This house is beautiful! We especially enjoyed use of the dock, the well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful living/dining room, easy and nice TV for evening movies and outdoor seating area and fire table. We also greatly appreciated the use of the very clean garage and laundry. We highly recommend staying here if you would like access to the water and close proximity to beaches, the pier and ferries.

Beautiful property! Immaculate condition. The kitchen was well appointed with high-end appliances. The cooking utensils and pots and pans were newer and in great shape. We absolutely loved the patio and spent most of our time there.We had a few little instances where we needed to contact the property manager, and they responded quickly and were able to rectify our concerns.We would definitely recommend this property and would love to come back again.

We had a fantastic stay in Newport Beach! The location was perfect — close to everything we needed, and just a short walk to the beach. The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with all the essentials (and then some), making our stay super comfortable and stress-free. The amenities were exactly as described, and everything worked perfectly. Communication with the owner was excellent — they were friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This property is beautiful! It is in a great location: walking distance to restaurants, the beach and the Balboa Fun Zone. The property is decorated beautifully, very cozy and a great place to bring your family. The owner is so kind and very attentive. We highly recommend staying at this property!

The pictures of the house do not do it justice - the downstairs is upgraded. The space is fantastic for families, and we can't wait to try to come back during the warmer months. The location is unbeatable - quiet and within walking distance of great restaurants and activities. The walls with the kids bedroom and the other unit is a bit thin, but the kids didn't notice. The outside is perfect for enjoying everything this area has to offer.

This property was perfect for a girls weekend! House is extremely clean, well organized and has well stocked kitchen. The outside area is excellent and nice to watch the boats in the bay. I would definitely stay again. My only complaint is that the wall between the front and back unit is very thin. The guests in the B unit played loud music much of the weekend which could be heard throughout the front unit. The property management was very responsive and had them turn off the music at 10pm.

We loved this property. Location was great with the fun zone nearby and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Beds were comfortable and house was equipped well. We also really enjoyed the outdoor seating and fire pit in the evenings.

The home is beautiful! The photos of the living room are outdated so totally refurnished, modernized lkivingroom which just adds to the overall appearance. We could not have enjoyed the patio/balconies more as the harbor views are spectacfular with boats/ships passing by. Outdoor furnishings equally modern and comfortable. All amenities as described. Easy walk to oceanside of peninsula. Garage parking huge plus in this area. Would definitely recommend this home.

This place was just fantastic - a home away from home. Can’t imagine anything we would’ve needed that wasn’t there. Location was absolutely perfect for our family, it was tastefully furnished, and oh so comfortable. I highly recommend it!

Very clean and functional. Great location to everything “Balboa. We enjoyed morning and sunset paddle board rides followed by a fun day at beach. Close walking distance to great restaurants, ferry, coffee, etc Owner was very helpful and responsive, we will come back!

Loved the location and property. It was perfect for what we wanted. Had an amazing time and would recommend to anyone else who wanted a family vacation to Newport. Walking distance to the fun zone and the beach is huge for the kids!
