The property is a 30 second walk to the beach (7 doors from the sand) and a 5 minute walk to amazing restaurants, shopping and the Newport Pier. The location can't be beat!brbrThe unit has 4 bedrooms all with king beds and 3 bathrooms. Is is very comfortable and very well kept. Each bedroom has a king bed, ample closet space, TV's in every room, ceiling and floor fans. brbrThe kitchen is stocked with all of the basics to make your family a great meal after a long day at the beach. We also provide some of the pantry basics (cooking oil, salt & pepper, starter amount of coffee pods, coffee filters, etc...)brbrThe balcony has a view of the ocean from one side, and a large picnic table with room for six people. The living room has an electric fireplace that is easy to work with just a flip of a switch. The house has great WIFI. There is a washer and dryer in garage free for you to use. The garage is oversized so it easier to park in than most garages in Newport Beach which are typically very small. We provide most of the beach gear you might need including surf boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, wagon, pop up tent, wetsuits and beach cruisers/bikes. This unit has Air Conditioning and floor and ceiling fans are also provided.brbrPlease note this is an upstairs unit and noise does transfer through the floors.
