• For safety and property protection, one exterior camera is located in the carport facing the alley & one Ring Doorbell camera is recording 24/7.
• No functional interior cameras are present.

• The hot tub is professionally serviced on Tuesdays & Fridays.
• The vendor will need access through the property to perform maintenance.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• A personalized smart-lock code will be provided before arrival for a smooth, contactless check-in.

⏰ Early check-ins are subject to availability and can only be confirmed the day before your arrival. If available, an automatic message will be sent to you with the option to confirm. A $100 early check-in fee will apply. We do not offer late check-out.

• No parties, large gatherings, or events permitted
• Guests are responsible for any fines issued for noise or disturbance

    We had an amazing stay at this Vrbo! The location couldn’t have been more perfect. It was just a one-minute walk from the beach and a short walk down the boardwalk to the Newport Pier. The home was spotless and stocked with absolutely everything you could ever need, from kitchen essentials to extra towels and thoughtful touches like a water bottle left on the nightstand. The host clearly put a lot of care into creating a welcoming, easy experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway.

    We truly enjoyed our stay celebrating my friends birthday. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. We got both places which accommodated our group well. Sunset happy hour from the front house and dinner and drinks in the back house. There was ample dishwater and glassware and all the things in the kitchen that you need. While we didn’t use them, it was nice to have the option to use the beach chairs and cooler to head to the beach. The hostess was attentive and the place was clean. It was walking distance from a lot of restaurants and shops as well as the beach walk and ocean. Thanks for a lively time!
