Any violation is subject to eviction and a $3500 fine plus damages to the home will be charged. brbr(8) Parties or noise ordinance calls – any parties, events, unauthorized guests or noise complaints will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Power outages are usually brief, lasting a few hours or less and the city always tries to work quickly to get it back up and running.
