There will be a $300 administrative fine per Code Call for our team to show up as we are required to attend such code call within 30 minus, plus $100 per hour of our time spent for the violation. This is IN ADDITION to any fines issued by Code Enforcement which start at $500 to $5000 per violation. brbr(4) Dishes - All dishes must be cleaned before leaving and the house must be left in the same condition that you found it in. Any dirty dishes left in the kitchen are subject to a $45 fee- our housekeepers will unload dishes or put them away but do not wash dishes or dump trash per the law this includes leaving dishes with food on them or left in the home. It also attracts vermin. Please note this is part of our permit and not included in cleaning the home after guests leave. br br(5) Any bags or trash left behind in the bathroom, kitchen (including leaving behind items in the fridge, or around the house is subject to a $25 per bag for removal. Please make sure all trash is bagged and tightly secured inside the bins and the lids are shut tight. Any trash left inside the home will be subject to a fee.br br(6) Barbecue- Propane is offered on the honor system on any firepit or BBQ. Please do not leave the firepit or BBQ on unattended. Please be advised if you run out of propane and it is after hours we cannot promise after hours refills late at night as the stores may not be open. br br(7) Pet- All pets must be disclosed and pet fees paid in full prior to your arrival. Please be sure to clean up after your pets, please do not allow them on the furniture or bedding, and for their safety do not leave them outside unattended. Any pet waste left inside or outside of the home or damages to the home are subject to additional cleaning or repair fees.brbrbr(8) Hot Tub – No hot tub use after 10pm per the law any time a spa is left open and the cover off more than 30 mins a fine of $250 per hour will be due plus damages to the spa as this can result in pipes freezing - if a user error or maintenance is found or if we have to dump and fill water prior to your stay due to cleanliness requirements - we cannot be held liable nor grant refunds for a spa not being at the temperature desired or if left uncovered - if we have to dump the water it can take 24 hours for it to warm up. This is out of our control as sometimes the water has to be dumped and can take 24 hours to warm up. This will not be grounds for a refund. brbr(9) Parties or noise ordinance calls – any parties, events, unauthorized guests or noise complaints will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
