Stayed Jan 17, 2025This was a great place. We had our whole family of 10, which included 2 babies. The upstairs room was perfect. Large enough for all of us, and directly connected to the kitchen. Made for a wonderful family vacation. Also a minor issue (but important to me) was the trash collection. Big Bear requires trash to be taken to a special collection place, but this property management had their own bin. The line at the regular place was very long, but for us, simple. Thank you! Also, the service was great. When we arrived, there were only 5 towels, but the manager quickly sent out give more towels. In only 30 minutes. Hot tub was clean and hot. All around, loved this place.
