If you need additional parking, please contact us directly. br br(2) Big Bear Lake does not allow street parking; they will tow any vehicles parked on the street and any towing fees or fines issued are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.br br(3) Excessive noise or loud music heard at the property line is prohibited by the CITY for the consideration of the local residents. The CITY enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM and will send out code enforcement officers to issue fines/and or evict guests for any violations reported. There will be a $300 administrative fine per Code Call for our team to show up as we are required to attend such code call within 30 minus, plus $100 per hour of our time spent for the violation. This is IN ADDITION to any fines issued by Code Enforcement which start at $500 to $5000 per violation. brbr(4) Dishes - All dishes must be cleaned before leaving and the house must be left in the same condition that you found it in. Any dirty dishes left in the kitchen are subject to a $45 fee- our housekeepers will unload dishes or put them away but do not wash dishes or dump trash per the law this includes leaving dishes with food on them or left in the home. It also attracts vermin. Please note this is part of our permit and not included in cleaning the home after guests leave. br br(5) Any bags or trash left behind in the bathroom, kitchen (including leaving behind items in the fridge, or around the house is subject to a $25 per bag for removal. Please make sure all trash is bagged and tightly secured inside the bins and the lids are shut tight. Any trash left inside the home will be subject to a fee.br br(6) Barbecue- Propane is offered on the honor system on any firepit or BBQ. Please do not leave the firepit or BBQ on unattended. Please clean the BBQ after use. If by chance the propane runs out, please let us know and we will send someone to replace it. Please make sure all propane is turned off after use. Big Bear does not allow the use of charcoal of lighter fluid. Please be advised if you run out of propane and it is after hours we cannot promise after hours refills late at night as the stores may not be open. br br(7) Pet- The home is strictly not pet friendly as the owners have severe allergies. Any violation is subject to eviction and a $3500 fine plus damages to the home will be charged. brbr(8) Parties or noise ordinance calls – any parties, events, unauthorized guests or noise complaints will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Any party will incur $5,000 fine plus immediate eviction.br br(9) No over occupancy - $500 per person over occupancy fine plus damages plus immediate eviction and subject to code call fines. br br(10) No smoking, vaping or drugs inside our cabins at any time. Any evidence of violation is grounds for immediate eviction from the cabin and a $3500 plus damages found at the home. br br(11) Please refrain from bringing your own BBQs, Firepits and or outside cooking devices are banned by the CITY due to the fire safety hazards. This is subject to eviction due to this is how fires start.brbr(12) Due to the mountain location, Big Bear and the surrounding areas are known to have occasional power and internet outages due to circumstances beyond our control. Power outages are usually brief, lasting a few hours or less and the city always tries to work quickly to get it back up and running. There are no refunds at anytime for power or internet outages due to normal mountain conditions, as these are beyond our control.brbr brPlease keep in mind you must be 25 years old to book.

Has a full kitchen with everything you need to cook for a family of 10! Kitchen pantry stocked with multiple appliances as well. (See pictures). Open living room with a large screen TV over a wood burning fireplace. Enclosed backyard with dining room table, chairs and Char-Broiler propane BBQ grill. The second bedroom has 1brqueen sized bed. Each bedroom has a tv connected to WiFi and Roku. The living room TV has freebrNetflix. High speed internet is available around the entire property so you can sip coffee on the porchbrand enjoy the clean mountain air while you browse the internet. There is a fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, stovetop hot water kettle, and a keurig coffee maker in the kitchen. Coffee and tea are available forbryou. There are portable fans available as it does get warm in the cabin during the summer, however Ibrsuggest you open the windows to let the clean, fresh, and cool mountain air in. There is a wall heater inbrthe living room as well as a fireplace to keep you warm. Additionally, we DO NOT have heater ducts upstairs, therefore during the winter the upstairs can be chillier than the downstairs; however, we provide extra blankets and space heaters in addition to the duvets on the beds if you like to stay extra toasty while you sleep.brbr::THE MOUNTAIN IS WILD::brWhile we do pest control on the cabin, you are in the mountains and occasionally encounter critters/bugs they may get inside. Part of being in the mountains is being susceptible to power outages and road closures. Flashlights are provided in the case of power outages. Between November 1 - April 1, CalTrans requires you to carry snow chains in your car. During the winter, the city provides snow removal services for the residential streets within 48 hours of any snowfall bigger than 2ft. Before you head to Big Bear, please study maps of the area and make a plan from Point A to Point B. When selecting a route, consider traffic conditions, weather conditions, chain requirements, and road work notices.brNo refunds will be given for weather, critters, power outages, and road closures.brbr::RESPECT::brWe are located in a residential neighborhood. Our neighbors are very nice folks, and we enjoy the quiet and harmonious environment together. It's important to be aware that you will experience all that comes with typical neighborhood life (neighbors on both sides, cars going by, planes passing by, people going on morning strolls, etc.). Parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited. Please treat the area and home with respect. Quiet time is from 10 PM – 7 AM. Guest agrees to pay any/all fines issued to the Host by the San Bernardino Sheriff’s and/or County Code Compliance for noise disturbances, over occupancy, or any other violation pertaining to the guest stay at the cabin ($1000 per violation). All guests booking a stay between November-May should anticipate the possibility of tire cables/chains being required to travel to Big Bear. We provide blue towels located in the basket in the Master Bedroom to use for the hot tub, please do not use the white towels. The heater won't run if the jets are on, so please turn off the jets when you're done using them to allow the water to heat. When not in use, set the hot tub temperature between 100-104 degrees and put the cover on (DO NOT Completely Turn Off). The hot tub is chemically serviced and cleaned regularly and has been properly cleaned in advance of your arrival. However, we sometimes experience winds that can cause debris from surrounding trees and other materials to fall into the hot tub. Please advise us if the hot tub is not clean, and we will make every effort to contact a spa cleaner, but please understand that WE CANNOT GUARANTEE that the spa cleaner will be able to return to the property. No glass containers may be used near the hot tub. NO liquids, soaps, bath bombs, bubble baths, or additives of any kind are allowed in the hot tub. Guests will be charged a $150 fee if any of the aforementioned is discovered. Please rinse off before entering the hot tub. Excess sand/ dirt causes the spa to turn green. If excess sand/dirt are discovered guests will be charged a $150 service fee.
