Upon arrival your place will be stocked with a feast of breakfast selections. Bacon, eggs, 3 types of fresh fruit, 2 types of bread, yogurt, real maple syrup, pancake mix, bubbly juice and fresh juice, hot and cold cereal, butter, peanut butter, jam, coffee, tea and br1200 sq. ft. is yours to enjoy inside and the beautiful fenced yard is yours outside. We are in a lovely residential neighborhood near. It is a large three bedroom suite with three full bathrooms and great sleepy beds. Located in Bear Mountain Victoria, this is a high-end 1 Bedroom suite on the downstairs floor. There are only 2 steps to get into this home along the walkway and 2 steps to get into the suite. The suite is located on the LEFT side of the house along the walkway.. The landlord lives upstairs. This home is odour free. THIS IS A SMOKE AND VAPE FREE AND PET FREE HOME both inside and outside AND THIS IS A DRUG FREE HOME. ABSOLUTELY NO CANNABIS ALLOWED. We share the air we breathe. Partying and noise is prohibited. Thank you. brbrPlease be respectful with noise of others living beside/above us. This is our in-law suite for my mother-in-law when she stays with us. We also use this suite as a guest suite for family and friends. This suite is an extension of our home. The connecting door from my side to the suite will be locked. Please unlock the connecting door at checkout so I can do the cleaning.brbrThis is a fully furnished IN-law suite in Victoria BC and is located near Langford and is 2 min from Costco and Millstream Shopping Plaza and 3 min to Thetis Lake. There is a separate kitchen (though it is really a bar), separate bath and the bedroom and living room are combined. There is a portable hotplate (no stove). There are pots, pans, microwave that also does baking, cooktop. sink, fridge, plates, glasses ..... everything you could possibly imagine. brbrCoffee StationbrCoffee/tea/sugar and coffeemate is included with each stay. We have a variety of coffee to choose from (Godiva, Starbucks dark roast pods, Tim's, Decaf and other brands, Tea (ginger/blueberry green tea, chai, chamomile, earl green etc).brbrPlease note, this suite only comes street parking which is 4 houses up or 4 houses down. If you have several bags, please drop them off first at the property then park your car. brbrWe meet and greet all of our guests and do a Condition Inspection walkthrough of 10 min where we will show you how to use amenities so your trip goes smoothly.
