The Falls offers calming water feature pools, beautiful landscape gardens, and spectacular cascading waterfalls as part of its amazing architectural features.

Within, you will enjoy two comfortable living spaces: an open plan Living room, Dining Room and Ultra Modern Kitchen with Southwest Inner Harbour Views and Olympic Mountain Grandeur, with an electric fireplace to complete the ambiance in the colder months. Thoughtful design places the Large Screen TV with HDTV package and DVD player in the Den where the views are still wonderful, but with less glare for TV viewing. Leather sofa and chairs provides a comfortable atmosphere to take in a movie or your favorite show.

This unit is ideal for couples traveling together as Both Bedrooms are Ensuites! Two bedrooms spaced far apart from each other, two living spaces, and a half bath gives this property all of the best features you are looking for and more.
The Master bedroom holds a second TV, a King size bed, and a double sink bathroom with stall shower and separate deep soaker tub. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and ensuite. Both bedrooms have black out blinds.

Important Notes:

Victoria is the busy, vibrant and growing capital of British Columbia. Just as in many cities in BC, Canada and likely other countries in the world, we are experiencing a shortage of housing. In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere. We recognize that there could be some daytime noise but are confident that it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria. Please note, construction is on-going on a building site located next to the Falls building. This may result in some inconvenience caused by building noise during normal working hours.

You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in starts at 4 pm P.S.T.

GARAGE HEIGHT: 6'8 (2.03 m) - If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction.

Unfortunately this building has no availability in the bike room. We recommend renting bikes while you are here, many of the bike rental companies will allow them to be stored there at the end of the day even if you rent them for a week.

    This condo was absolutely beautiful and bright. We had amazing view of the inner bay and it was walking distance from everything. The one downside was traffic noise from the street and construction across the street. The owners texted us to check in on how we were doing and we very communicative. We had a comfortable stay.

    We would stay in this condo again. The location is perfect with everything we wanted to do downtown easily walkable. The view is lovely and we enjoyed the sunset. The floor to ceiling windows brought in so much light. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies should you want to stay in. All in all we had an amazing stay and the rental company was great to deal with and responsive when a question came up.

    Location is perfect! We walked to nearly everything we wanted to see & do. The view of the Empress Hotel (side & back) from this beautiful home cant be beat. We loved the stay and highly recommend it.

    This is a beautiful nice size condo with a great location, however I only rated it 4 stars because it needs lighting in the queen bedroom where you can see in the room. The noise in the king bedroom is loud. The door needs better sealing to help with the noise. The toiletries were very small so we had to buy some. The towels need an upgrade.

    The condo was exactly as it looks in the pictures. It is right across the street from the Fairmont Empress and within walking distance of many restaurants.

    We had a fabulous stay. The condo is quite spacious with 2 en-suite bathrooms for both bedrooms. Although a little noisy, it is a trade off for being right in the middle of everything. Parking was easy, the city is very walkable and the condo is equipped nicely. The hot tub, pool and exercise room are a real bonus. We so enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this property.

    This condo is centrally located and offers the BEST views in the City. You can see the Olympic Mountains, Victoria Harbor and all the surrounding areas. The condo furnishings are nice, it is clean and the amenities are great. The self check in option is a bit confusing and picking up your key at the 7-11 Store is not a very nice introduction to Victoria, but once that is behind you, all is GREAT!!!
