Kimberley Ridge 410 is one of the largest condos at the base of the ski hill at 1500 square feet with five real beds plus two comfortable pull-out sofas with new mattresses.brbrThis Kimberley getaway features a private hot tub, high-speed wifi and a Smart TV with Sports Net. The back deck overlooks Mark Creek and has an oversized, eight-person hot tub and deep-seating patio furniture. The front deck overlooks the ski hill and has a two-burner, natural gas Weber BBQ with patio seating for six. brbrbrbrTod, the owner, is a tourism professional operating Simply Kimberley, a boutique vacation rental company. I live and breathe Kimberley tourism. Kimberley Ridge 410 by Simply Kimberley is set up for contactless check-in with keyless entry (door codes are shared prior to arrival). brbrSki hill condos at the base of the resort. Great views of the mountain and 100m from the T-Bar/Owl Learning area. Literally, watch your kids ski the t-bar from the KR410 kitchen! The Kimberley Ridge complex was built in the early 2000s and the condos are predominantly vacation rentals. We can safely say our two condos are the most upgraded vacation rental condos in the Kimberley Ridge complex. brbrLots of parking out front and around the side of the building. We're fortunate as the overflow parking for the entire 48-unti complex is right out the door. The condo is up two flights of stairs (8 stairs each) into the entrance way then up another flight to the main floor. brbrThe space has new flooring throughout is very comfortable. Our favourite local artist adorns the walls and new stainless appliances are throughout! Each bed has down pillows and duvets. Every year we invest a little more in honing our properties. It's really showing!brbrA mountain to town shuttle runs frequently during the winter season. Our sister company, Resort Tours and Transportation, also operates private charter transportation; black SUV + new model Transit vans 11-passenger and 14-passenger Executive Transit vans plus 16 and 24-passenger buses for groups. brbrKR410 is ~ 100m to the Owl T-Bar and learning area, making it incredible for families with kids. You can look out the front window from the kitchen and see your kids riding the T-bar. This pet-friendly unit has a signed Simply Kimberley - Pet Policy agreement. A maximum of one dog is allowed per condo, and we have an additional $25 per night pet surcharge. brbrThe City of Kimberley is governed by a Good Neighbour Bylaw and our quiet hours of 10PM - 7AM must be respected. Stemwinder Drive is a mixed street of full-time residences and vacation rentals. To protect our property and to respect our neighbours, our Kimberley Ridge 410 condo is NOT a “party home”. We operate under Short Term Rental License STRU 2022-103 and are permitted up to 12 occupants. brbrOur condo is equipped with a Minut device. This device monitors sound levels, occupancy, and temperature in the property while protecting our guests’ stay and privacy. brbrDiscounted lift tickets and green fees when packaging with our lodging and/or shuttle.brbrAmple parking right outside the stairs to the condo. Please note two flights of stairs access the main entrance and a flight of stairs once you're inside the front entrance leads to the main floor. brbrThe next-door unit, Kimberley Ridge 411, is a mirror image and is connected with a soundproof door through the living room. We live and breathe Kimberley tourism. The Stemwinder Chalet is set up for contactless check-in with keyless entry. The door and garage codes are shared before your arrival. brbrStemwinder Drive is the main entrance to the Kimberley Alpine Resort base area. Note, you can cross-country ski from the back door over to the Trickle Creek golf course where XC skiing is permitted. In summer, it's a 10-15 minute walk to Trickle Creek Golf Course although most of our golf groups choose our golf-shuttle option. brbrMost guests arrive by car. However, if you’d like private shuttle, our transportation business, Resort Tours and Transportation, provides charter transportation from YXC, YYC or FCA (Kalispell). In summer, our primary clientele are golf groups who enjoy our packaged green fees and daily shuttles. brbrThe Stemwinder Chalet has access to the neighbouring paths and the many biking and hiking trails of Kimberley, BC. The en-suite bathroom offers dual vanities, a leisurely soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. brbrThe second level has three carpeted guest rooms, two with queen beds and the other with two twins. These bedrooms share a hall bath with a tub/shower and a double pull-out sofa lives in the upper common reading area. brbrThe lower level of the home features two guest rooms, each with a gorgeous log queen bunk bed set. The larger bedroom also has a twin bed and the games room has a new queen sized pull-out. These bedrooms share a spa-like bath with a decadent 4-person steam room and walk-in shower.brbrOUTDOOR AMENITIESbrIf you close your eyes, it’s easy to picture the warm, soothing bubbles of the hot tub massaging weary muscles. When you manage to emerge, it’s time to light the natural gas fire ring and gather around the circle, perhaps as you’re dining on a dinner grilled on the 3-burner, natural gas Weber BBQ. brbrWe provide off-street parking for up to 5 vehicles, as well as a single-car garage. The back deck overlooks Mark Creek and has an oversized, eight-person hot tub and deep-seating patio furniture and the front deck has a 2-burner, natural gas Weber BBQ with patio seating for six. brbrbrbrTod, the owner, is a tourism professional operating Simply Kimberley, a boutique vacation rental company. I live and breathe Kimberley tourism. Kimberley Ridge 411 by Simply Kimberley is set up for contactless check-in with keyless entry (door codes are shared prior to arrival). brbrSki hill condo at the base of the resort. Great mountain views and 100m from the T-Bar/Owl Learning area. You can literally watch your kids ski the T-Bar from the KR411 kitchen! The Kimberley Ridge complex was built in the early 2000s, and the condos are predominantly vacation rentals. Our units are in the fourth building and have a HUGE parking space right next door where the fifth building was meant to be built...but never was. We can safely say our two condos are the most upgraded vacation rentals in the complex.brbrLots of parking out front and around the side of the building. The condo is up two flights of stairs (8 stairs each) into the entrance way then up another flight to the main floor. brbrFive new beds were installed in Oct 2024.
