Kimberley Ridge 410 is one of the largest condos at the base of the ski hill at 1500 square feet with five real beds plus two comfortable pull-out sofas with new mattresses.brbrThis Kimberley getaway features a private hot tub, high-speed wifi and a Smart TV with Sports Net. The back deck overlooks Mark Creek and has an oversized, eight-person hot tub and deep-seating patio furniture. The front deck overlooks the ski hill and has a two-burner, natural gas Weber BBQ with patio seating for six. brbrbrbrTod, the owner, is a tourism professional operating Simply Kimberley, a boutique vacation rental company. I live and breathe Kimberley tourism. Kimberley Ridge 410 by Simply Kimberley is set up for contactless check-in with keyless entry (door codes are shared prior to arrival). brbrSki hill condos at the base of the resort. Great views of the mountain and 100m from the T-Bar/Owl Learning area. Literally, watch your kids ski the t-bar from the KR410 kitchen! The Kimberley Ridge complex was built in the early 2000s and the condos are predominantly vacation rentals. We can safely say our two condos are the most upgraded vacation rental condos in the Kimberley Ridge complex. brbrLots of parking out front and around the side of the building. We're fortunate as the overflow parking for the entire 48-unti complex is right out the door. The condo is up two flights of stairs (8 stairs each) into the entrance way then up another flight to the main floor. brbrThe space has new flooring throughout is very comfortable. Our favourite local artist adorns the walls and new stainless appliances are throughout! Each bed has down pillows and duvets. Every year we invest a little more in honing our properties. It's really showing!brbrA mountain to town shuttle runs frequently during the winter season. Our sister company, Resort Tours and Transportation, also operates private charter transportation; black SUV + new model Transit vans 11-passenger and 14-passenger Executive Transit vans plus 16 and 24-passenger buses for groups. brbrKR410 is ~ 100m to the Owl T-Bar and learning area, making it incredible for families with kids. You can look out the front window from the kitchen and see your kids riding the T-bar. This pet-friendly unit has a signed Simply Kimberley - Pet Policy agreement. A maximum of one dog is allowed per condo, and we have an additional $25 per night pet surcharge. brbrThe City of Kimberley is governed by a Good Neighbour Bylaw and our quiet hours of 10PM - 7AM must be respected. Stemwinder Drive is a mixed street of full-time residences and vacation rentals. To protect our property and to respect our neighbours, our Kimberley Ridge 410 condo is NOT a “party home”. We operate under Short Term Rental License STRU 2022-103 and are permitted up to 12 occupants. brbrOur condo is equipped with a Minut device. This device monitors sound levels, occupancy, and temperature in the property while protecting our guests’ stay and privacy. brbrDiscounted lift tickets and green fees when packaging with our lodging and/or shuttle.brbrAmple parking right outside the stairs to the condo. Please note two flights of stairs access the main entrance and a flight of stairs once you're inside the front entrance leads to the main floor. brbrThe next-door unit, Kimberley Ridge 411, is a mirror image and is connected with a soundproof door through the living room. I live and breathe Kimberley tourism. The Stemwinder Chalet is set up for contactless check-in with keyless entry. The door and garage codes are shared before your arrival. brbrStemwinder Drive is the main entrance to the Kimberley Alpine Resort base area. Note, you can cross-country ski from the back door over to the Trickle Creek golf course where XC skiing is permitted. In summer, it's a 10-15 minute walk to Trickle Creek Golf Course although most of our golf groups choose our golf-shuttle option. brbrMost guests arrive by car. However, if you’d like private shuttle, our transportation business, Resort Tours and Transportation, provides charter transportation from YXC, YYC or FCA (Kalispell). In summer, our primary clientele is golf groups who enjoy our packaged green fees with daily shuttles. brbrThe Stemwinder Chalet has access to the neighbouring paths and the many biking and hiking trails of Kimberley, BC. The property itself is accessed through the front door, ground-level back entrance or the single-car, garage door. brbrAfter a long day of golfing, skiing or adventuring, retire to the bubbling jets of the hot tub and then build a cozy fire around the fire ring. The en-suite bathroom offers dual vanities, a leisurely soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. brbrThe second level has three carpeted guest rooms, two with queen beds and the other with two twins. These bedrooms share a hall bath with a tub/shower. brbrThe lower level of the home features two guest rooms, each with a gorgeous log queen bunk bed set. These bedrooms share a spa-like bath with a decadent 4-person steam room and walk-in shower.brbrOUTDOOR AMENITIESbrIf you close your eyes, it’s easy to picture the warm, soothing bubbles of the hot tub massaging weary muscles. The Buckhorn and Main Mountain Eatery and the Stemwinder Pub are just a short walk away.brbrThis warm and cozy 2 bedroom condo has everything you'll need to enjoy that perfect mountain get-away. The kitchen is well-appointed with everything you'll need if you choose to prepare your own meals. There is also an eating area and a cozy living room with a beautiful stone fireplace so guests can warm up after a long day on the slopes. There are two bedrooms each containing a queen-size bed and also a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room. From the front of the unit, you are just a short two-minute walk to the Kimberley Alpine Resort. Out the back of the unit, there is a huge covered deck with a hot tub that overlooks a stunning forested area. This is the perfect place to sit back and enjoy the BBQ and a few refreshments with family and friends. brbrThings to do:brbrSkiing - World-class ski runs; the high-speed quad chairlift, the T-Bar, and the kids' magic carpet are all just a 2 minute walk away or you can ski-in ski-out from the unit. It's only a 5-minute drive to the Nordic Centre where you'll find an amazing cross country ski track.brbrGolf - There are 4 courses in the immediate area; Trickle Creek, Bootleg Gap, Kimberley Golf and Country Club as well as the St. Eugene Golf Resort and Casino. There are several more courses all within an hour's drive.brbrFly Fishing - There are several world-class fly fishing lakes and rivers in the area. Come land a 20 lb Bull Trout out of the Bull River or try your luck on one of the many trophy lakes nearby.
