Prime Ski In / Ski Out Condo in the Heart of Sun Peaks Village

The only reason that this property didn’t receive 5 stars is that there is no AC in the unit and during the day, it got very stuffy. Not so bad at night as we slept with windows open to bring in cooler air. The 2 fans that were in the unit were not enough for the day time. Everything else was excellent.

Everything was perfect including location. Be aware that bikes, etc. need to be stored in a locked room. This is totally understandable as equipment would make a mess !! but we hadn’t thought that through and were uncomfortable leaving bikes there as room is unmonitored. We ended up locking bike in vehicle which was a pain. This is no reflection on the condo or host!

The host was very accomodating and responded right away when we had a slight issue. Will be coming back for sure. Thanks Wally! ?

Sun Peaks Ski Resort is 2nd biggest in Canada but #1 for snow conditions, ski run layout and village shops. Staying at this place will give you an awesome ski vacation. The host and his place are perfect.

Very comfortable condo right in the village.

The room was in a great location. It was clean and comfortable!

Kitchen is very well stocked for cooking. Everything that is needed for a ski vacation with real ski in and ski out right on the main thoroughfare. Will stay again next time in Sun Peaks.

We had a perfect 5 night stay! Condo was great and had everything we needed. Loved the outdoor hot tub - we used it every day. The hide-a-bed pull out couch was surprisingly comfortable. The locker room for the skis on the first floor was very convenient.

We didn’t get in till 11pm, it was quite warm in the apartment but very thoughtfully they had fans running. Very clean very well stocked, this host was one of the most responsive hosts to messages. Would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to others

This is our second atay at Wally’s place and we have enjoyed it as much as we did the first time. The unit is great and anything you might need is provided. The location is perfect for ski-in ski-out. Wally is very responsive to messages and kept in touch. 5-star experience!
