Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.brbr8. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.brbr9. For your garbage and recycling, please ensure it is stored inside at all times to avoid attracting wildlife. Prior to departure, please take it to the Panorama Transfer Station on your right-hand side as you are heading back towards Invermere. Please note that there will be a $50 removal fee if garbage is left in the unit, so we recommend bringing it by periodically during your stay to make checkout easier.

We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.brbr7. For your garbage and recycling, please ensure it is stored inside at all times to avoid attracting wildlife. Prior to departure, please take it to the Panorama Transfer Station on your right-hand side as you are heading back towards Invermere. Home away from home. 2 bedroom Condo that is steps away from lower gondola. Easy access for skiing and winter activities. Our 800+sq foot unit is on ground level allowing easy access for the kids to run around outside and ski/bike to the door. We have 2 bedrooms. The first has a queen bed. For extra comfort the bed is dressed in hotel quality linens.brbrTo the left of the bed is the fully stocked kitchen area. This property is conveniently located near a lift, and is about 100 yards walk. However you can use the communal BBQ's near the hot tubs!brbrPARKING LOTbrYou can park in the underground parking on the upper level. We recommend that you park near the 900 block (look for the numbers on the yellow pillars). In this area you will see a painted blue wall with 'guest laundry' on it. Here you can use the coin operated machines. Additionally, in this zone you will find the garbage and recycle bins for your use. You can exit the parking lot through the blue firedoor near the maintenance parking area.brbrOnce outside, if you turn left and walk through alleyway opposite, you will reach the general store.
