The unit features include a queen size bed and two single beds, wood burning fireplace, recently renovated kitchen and bathroom with stand-up shower. We are conveniently located in the lower village, two-minute walk to the village gondola, and the same distance to Toby chairlift. Our unit stays cool throughout the summer due to the windows facing North and excellent air flow at night with the loft window fan. Enjoy the balcony even on the hottest summer days - you will always be in the shade!brbrThe spacebrEnjoy all the conveniences of home with a spacious living room, comfy beds, fully equipped recently remodeled kitchen, bbq, and underground parking garage. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. This property is conveniently located directly beside the village gondola. So, access to the upper village is super quick! On the main floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry closet, lounge, kitchen, and dining areas.brbrLOUNGE AREAbrThere's plenty of space to curl up on the comfortable sofa's after a busy day to read your favourite book or watch an old film. The lounge has two sofa's, a gas fireplace, TV (with TELUS Optik), and wonderful views. brbrDINING AREAbrGather family and friends together around the large six seater dining table, and the kitchen island that seats three. Just off the dining area is a private deck with a small patio set. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.brbr2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 12 people.brbr3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.brbr4. Although a maximum of two (x2) pets are permitted on the property, we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.brbr5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.brbr6. Guests must confirm current fire bans prior to using the fire pit. Any tickets issued for fires during a fire ban will be billed directly to the main renter on file for the respective date(s). brbr7. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on and to run the jets for 20 minutes and leave the lid open for 45 minutes. Please make sure that you remember to close the lid as no one wants a cold hot tub. We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance or requires us to drain and refill the water there will be an additional charge of $400.00brbr8. For your garbage and recycling, please ensure it is stored inside at all times to avoid attracting wildlife. Prior to departure, please take it to the Panorama Transfer Station on your right-hand side as you are heading back towards Invermere. Please note that there will be a $50 removal fee if garbage is left in the unit, so we recommend bringing it by periodically during your stay to make checkout easier.
