Violations will result in immediate reservation termination and compensation claims.brbrNoise & Quiet Hoursbr7. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise or loud music reported by neighbors may lead to reservation termination and up to $1,000 in damage compensation.brbrPetsbr8. Pets are welcome with approval and the $65 per pet fee. Guests agree to clean up after their pet inside the suite, in building common areas, and on the property. Pets must be quiet, leashed in common areas, and not allowed on beds. If a pet is found without prior approval and the fee has not been paid, a $300 charge will apply. Violations may result in reservation termination.brbrSafety & Property Usebr9. Please do not burn candles with open flames.br10. This building does not have central air conditioning. Portable air conditioning units are provided for your comfort.brbrMaintenance & Refundsbr11. We ensure the space is clean and functioning on arrival. Issues outside our control, like power or internet outages, are not eligible for refunds. For items within our control, we will attempt to fix issues promptly. Guests must notify us immediately of any problems. Guests may be responsible for repair costs due to misuse.brbrLiabilitybr12. Guests assume full responsibility for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises. You are encouraged to obtain travel or lodging insurance if desired.brbrGuest Screeningbr13. You authorize the property manager to use a third party to screen your identity and confirm your reservation. You may receive an email to complete this process. Check your spam folder and contact the manager with questions.brbrRooftopbr14. The rooftop is shared space.
