The master bath features a beautiful walk in full tile shower. The home has a washer and dryer for your laundry needs during your stay. The logs are of dense American white oak, which was the preferred Lumber due to its strength, durability and size. Utilization of the joint method of construction indicates it was built in 1820's. The cabin was tagged and moved to Center Hill Lake Tennessee. brbrA new concrete walk out basement was built to the exact specifications of the cabin. The basement is constructed of thick outer layers of rigid insulation and a rebar and concrete inner core. The logs were rebuilt using a specialized cabin restoration company, the same people that dismantled it. The roof is constructed with heavy panels and there are double glazed windows throughout the home.
