Pirates Cove (VRBO #681261) Treasure Cove (VRBO search #1010047) and Captains Cove (VRBO search 582327) are next to each other with driveway access above and walkway access below. There is an arial picture showing the cabins and how they are next to each other. Pirates and Treasure are on the same driveway and Captains is a separate driveway. But all three cabins have access with a walkway below. Each cabin has similar layouts and amenities. brbrThere are 9 spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Walk out the patio door to the waterfront, enjoy the double deck dock with slide and a view of the cove of Norris Lake. The cove is quiet, there are no waves from lake traffic, great swimming for all ages.brbrThe top floor has a large open kitchen equipped with 2 refrigerators with water and ice in door, 2 dishwashers, gas range, large double door pantry, large bar that seats 8, granite counter tops, dining room and living room. Kitchen is well equipped with dinnerware, pots N pans, and too many small appliances to mention. The living room has an awesome view of the cove with a half bath for everyone to use. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a king bed and private attached bathroom. brbrbrThe middle floor has a centralized washer/dryer and living area. The four bedrooms on this floor have attached bathrooms. All four bedrooms have one queen bed and day bed with trundle (each with their own bathroom). Patio on this floor has a relaxing view of the cove and mountains all around.brbrThe bottom level has 3 bedrooms, with attached bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed with a child bed, one bedroom has 2 bunk beds (full on bottom and twin on top), and the third has a bunk bed (full on bottom twin on top) with a twin trundle bed . There is a half bath on this level for everyone to use. This floor has easy access to the lake. There are 2 arcade games with a gathering area to entertain for all ages. We have personally handmade, black cherry mantle on the four-sided fireplace in the living room to the thirteen-foot-long black walnut dining room table, almost all of the finishing lumber and slabs in this home were milled by us right on the property and from the property. While you're here you will see that it's clear this cove is a special place secluded from road and water traffic, while still being only a seven minute drive from town and close to marinas with restaurants and in season live music on the water. brbr Start your mornings off right by taking in the sunset across the cove while making your coffee any way you like at our central coffee and tea bar. Take your choice of where to enjoy it: sitting at the handmade maple breakfast bar area, rocking in the log rocking chairs on the front deck, or swinging on the lakeside gazebo benches and swings on the dock. Unlike the normal steep walk down to the lake, we have a gentle slope with minimal steps that makes it easy to access, in fact you can park the golf cart within a couple feet of the dock. Before you head out on the lake, stop at your very own cooler station on the patio with an ice maker able to produce 100 pounds of ice per day, put your cooler in the golf cart and in a few seconds park it in front of the dock to load up in the boat that is sitting in the dock waiting for you. brbrThere will be more than enough parking for your vehicles in the long driveway as well as the overflow area on the property. When you're inside, every interior wall is insulated to make it more comfortable and quiet. Three of the six bedrooms even have their own personal vanities within the room to ensure everyone has their own space to get ready for the day.
