Beautiful and NEW cottage located at the Cottages at Getaway Cove in beautiful Smithville, TN and near Center Hill Lake. Sitting on a sprawling 13 acres of land full of wildlife. There is plenty of room for boat trailer parking if you need it. The cottage is less than 1/2 mile to Four Seasons marina and boat dock, which is located in the subdivision. The cottage is a perfect getaway for families and kids love the bunk room. The home is perfect to rent alone, but we have another cottage next

Stayed Mar 7, 2025We loved our stay at the cottage. It is in a beautiful and serene location. It was about 12 minutes to the wedding venue, and 20 minutes to town. We didn't come for the lake, but it was close to that, too. Our hostess was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely come back.
