The DW is not historic, doesn't have spectacular views and isn't uniquely furnished. However, we believe you will be pleasantly surprised when you enter this spacious, clean, quiet home, which has been completely renovated and furnished for your comfort.brbrWe have a spacious yard... not fenced... can't afford it. But you might see deer or turkeys walking through, or hear the owls in the trees or the coyotes off in the distance. You might even see or hear the blue bird at the front door who loves his reflection in the window and you'll probably find the neighbor's cat sleeping on the back porch! Ugh.brbrBOOKING AND GUESTS: ***Make sure to enter the appropriate number of individuals and pets at the time of your booking.*** Even though our home can accommodate up to six (6) people, our nightly rate is based on a 1-person occupancy, because we do not feel that one (1) guest should pay the same amount as six (6) guests.
