Doing so will result in immediate eviction and zero refund.** The main floor has 2 master suites, and the upstairs includes 3 more bedrooms and a full bathroom. The bunk room upstairs comes with a kids area in adjoining room. For those inquiring on total number of beds, let us break it down for you! There are three bedrooms with king sized beds, a bunk room with two sets of bunks (twin over fulls so 4 beds), and attached to the bunk room is a small gaming room with a twin daybed and trundle (2 beds). Total beds available to sleep on is 9!
