We are neighbors with Beach Island Marina & Bubba Brews! The home comes with a private dock & 1 boat is allowed. Our pontoon rental stays in the other slip! There is a gradual grade to get down to the water with several steps. No more than 5 cars allowed due to limited parking and the steep driveway.brbrbrThe Space:br-We have multiple pontoon rentals available upon request. You must have a valid boaters license or be born before 1989 to operate. Please note we deliver the boat to the property & the boat can be taken out anytime during your stay, just note per our insurance, the boats are not to be taken out after dark. All Bookings must be made a week in advance to guarantee delivery. All boats must be returned with a full tank of gas to avoid additional charges. One boat is allowed per house. Our pontoon rental stays in the other slip! Additional boats may be kept on the uncovered areas of the dock. brbr-It is not allowed to leave your trailer at the property & is highly recommended to launch prior to going to the property. The road is short but is a single lane and is tight & peaks & valleys in spots which would make turning around with a trailer difficult. We however do provide several options. There’s an additional property we own 2 minutes away that it can be dropped at in the field beside the house or we have a gated warehouse less then 10 minutes away that it can be left at for the duration of your stay. Just please be sure to let us know which option you prefer as it gets closer. You can put in at Beach Island Marina (5 mins away)! brbr-Please note, this part of the lake has year around water. Just please be advised that lake levels are lowered by the TVA in the Fall and raised again in the Spring & can fluctuate in off season months. brbrGuest Access:brThe entire house is available & no more than 5 cars allowed at the property & 1 boat per house. It is advised to back in. There is overflow parking at the top of the driveway. You can spend 2 weeks on the water, and only see 1/2 of the lake. It is deep, with many inlets and creeks that allow GREAT watersports, like tubing, skiing, wakeboarding, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc.brbr-The home is equipped with a spacious kitchen equipped with a standard coffee maker & a keurig, dishwasher, 2 fridges upstairs, 1 downstairs, & another at the dock, stove,microwave & much more! The brhome also includes a hot tub & indoor swim spa, ping pong table, weber gas grill w/ an additional grill at the dock with propane on site that we provide, Fiber WIFI, & Samsung Smart TV’s throughout the entire house as well.brbr-To access the dock, you are free to walk down to it OR you can drive down the gravel pathway that loops around the house all the way to the dock. brbr-Please note you have access to one covered slip & one uncovered slip. Several of our pontoon rentals stay at this locations & our staff may be by to occasionally move one or bring one in. brbr-We recommend launching prior to going to the property as it is a curvy single lane road to get to the property. Beach island marina has a launch or you can use the free launch called Judge Willard J. Brogan's TVA Boat Ramp. The address is 5697 TN-33, New Tazewell, TN 37825, USA. This is probably the easier one as it is right by the property by water & does not cost anything to put in. We have several options for keeping your trailer for the duration of your stay! You can contact the marina where you put in at (please be sure to contact them to confirm), we have a gated warehouse about 10 mins away that you can keep it at, or you can drop it at our other property a few mins away in the large field to the left of the house. There is a gentle slope to the lake to your private large dock for swimming, fishing and docking your boat. It is a 5 min boat ride to Bubba Brews & Beach Island Marina where you can rent pontoon boats and ski boats for the day or for the week. brbrThe home has 2 very large decks for entertaining, or just relaxing and enjoying the view. There's a sunny deck with dining and lounge seating with a fire pit and a second shaded deck below. It is elaborately detailed and decorated - very unique for a rental offering. It provides lake views from all 3 bedrooms, 2 family rooms, the dining room, and the kitchen area. Norris Lake is 125 miles long, with ~850 miles of shoreline. It would take you weeks on the water to explore the many inlets and creeks that allow for amazing watersports, like tubing, skiing, wakeboarding, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. The home also includes the use of our 3 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, and Lilly pad for your water activities.brbrThe home has a spacious kitchen equipped with a standard coffee maker & a Keurig, dishwasher, 1 fridge upstairs, 1 fridge downstairs, deep freeze, stove, microwave. It is also equiped with Fiber Optics for Internet! You may use your own streaming services.brbrThere is a propane gas fireplace in the downstairs living room. The upstairs fireplace is non-operational. brbrPlease note the drive way is steep and narrow which can make pulling a trailer a bit tricky but guests can launch and leave the trailer at Beach Island Marina or one of the public launches near by.brbrGuests should be aware that the forest is home to many creatures great and small that may roam the property. Some of the tiny ones may get into the house from time to time although we have regular pest control and have sealed the home as best we can. NO REFUNDS will be granted for these tiny creatures, i.e. wasp, spider, mouse, etc. You will often enjoy watching the deer in the woods behind our home. We find this is a lovely benefit to our home in the woods on this beautiful lake property.

We are neighbors with Beach Island Marina & Bubba Brews! The home comes with a private dock & a jetski port for all your boating needs. There is a gradual grade to get down to the water with a complete concrete walkway. No more than 3 cars allowed due to limited parking.brbrThe Space:br-We have multiple pontoon rentals available upon request. You must have a valid boaters license or be born before 1989 to operate. Please note we deliver the boat to the property & the boat can be taken out anytime during your stay, just note per our insurance, the boats are not to be taken out after dark. All Bookings must be made a week in advance to guarantee delivery. All boats must be returned with a full tank of gas to avoid additional charges. Please note we do not rent tubes but local marinas do & the boat is to be returned to the house after the rental period is over. brbrRates are as follows:brbrPontoon rental - $325 per day plus taxes & $50 insurance & taxes. brbr-There are also kayaks included with the rental close to the dock. Please note our pontoon rental stays on the outside of the dock.brbr-It is not allowed to leave your trailer at the property & is highly recommended to launch prior to going to the property. The road is short but is a single lane and is tight & peaks & valleys in spots which would make turning around with a trailer difficult. We however do provide several options. There’s an additional property we own 2 minutes away that the trailer can be dropped in the field beside the house or we have a gated warehouse less than 10 minutes away that it can be left at for the duration of your stay. Just please be sure to let us know which option you prefer as it gets closer. You can put in at Beach Island Marina (5 mins away)! brbr-Please note, this part of the lake has year round water. We are only 6 miles to Food City and Dollar General in Maynardville and 30 minutes to Knoxville.brbrThe 2 upstairs bedrooms each have king sized beds and amazing lake views. The main level features a large living area that boasts tons of windows and is open to the kitchen which is fully stocked. There is a half bath on this floor. There is a spacious deck, just recently covered, with outdoor seating, ceiling fans, a TV and gas grill. The walk-out basement is perfect for the kids and teenagers with another living area that has a air hockey table, streaming BluRay player, sleeping corridor with 2 king sized beds and full bath. There is a patio off this level with additional outdoor seating and access to another deck for sunbathing and access to steps down to the dock.
