Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Knoxville and Asheville are within an hour drive. Area is well known for birdwatching(99 species), fishing, boating, kayaking & hiking. Nestled within a family oriented campground with wildlife close by. New mattresses and appliances. Master bedroom has lig queen bed. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a full size sleeper sofa in living room. Just added a large fire pit area in front of the house overlooking the lake.
