It features 2 nice outdoor sitting areas with grass walls and hanging lights. The sleeper sofa on the first floor is good to sleep 1-2 people or kids. You have a queen bed on the second floor in the master along with the full bathroom. The third floor is used as an additional lounging area / bedroom with a full size daybed that can sleep another 1-2 people. The terrace is also accessed by the top floor and has seating to enjoy an evening glass of wine or your morning coffee on.brbrWe provide Roku smart TVs with several streaming apps downloaded but guests will need their login info to stream from their own account. We do not provide a cable tv service. brbrFree private parking is provided at the rear of the townhouses and it is NOT assigned parking, so you may park in any of the spaces. There is also free street parking in front of the homes. brbrWe provide a Keurig coffee maker and an initial bundle of pods along with a typical drip coffee maker. brbrWe have a ring doorbell camera at the back door facing the parking lot, feel free to use that if you have any issues with checking in with the keyless entry.
