We have just installed a brand-new boat dock that is 32' X 32' with a 27' X 11' boat slip. (Since Lake Cherokee is a reservoir water levels vary- best time May-August) You can kayak on one of our 5 available kayaks or 2 paddle boards. There is also a fire pit that you can roast marshmallows by the fire and enjoy the sunset. If you like you can even fish off the shoreline. Panther Creek State Park is only 15 minutes away where you can enjoy hiking multiple hiking trails. The Smoky Mountains and Pigeon Forge is approximately 1 hour away. You can rent a pontoon boat from the marina that is 7 minutes away. After relaxing at the house, you may not want to leave.
