Mount Juliet also has just about every major franchise restaurant imaginable. Mexican There are at least 10 Mexican restaurants in a 5 miles radius of Mount Juliet! Hickory Smoked BBQ. This is the BBQ capital of the South! Try Big Al's, Blue Moon BBQ in Gallatin or Lebanon or “BarBCutie” in Mount Juliet. Also, Martin's in Mount Juliet is excellent but a bit high priced.br6. When you came to my places (Twig City Farm or Starstruck Farm) you probably came down SR109. SR109 is Water Street, which is the main drag in Gallatin. There are tons of great one of a kind restaurants, including a bunch of Mom and Pop restaurants, particularly on S. Water Street (as you arrive in Gallatin) and also in the downtown area. There are lots of antique stores and shops that seem to be locked in the 1960's. Mount Juliet also has just about every major franchise restaurant imaginable. Mexican There are at least 10 Mexican restaurants in a 5 miles radius of Mount Juliet! Hickory Smoked BBQ. This is the BBQ capital of the South! Try Big Al's, Blue Moon BBQ in Gallatin or Lebanon or “BarBCutie” in Mount Juliet. Also, Martin's in Mount Juliet is excellent but a bit high priced.br6. Twig City is a rural, but not secluded location, close to Gallatin, Lebanon and Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. Nashville downtown is about a 35 minute drive down SR 109 and Interstate 40. All normal goods, needs, recreational and services are reasonably close. Also, the property has walking trails that go to the rough shoreline of Old Hickory lake. Swimming, fishing, boating and picnicking are available just 200 yards away at the Laguardo Recreational Area.brbrA note about the adjoining neighbor, Blackhaven Wedding Gardens......
