The chemicals have been properly aligned and tested for your safety and enjoyment. Please do not change the hot tub settings. You may turn the jets on and off as well as the fountain and lights. When finished using the hot tub, please close the lid securely and be careful when exiting as the deck can be slippery when wet. brbrLODGE:brThe Lodge is open to all guests to use. There is a pool table, ping pong table, surround sound with Spotify, large screen TV, table games and more. The Lodge is open until 11 PM each night. Please respect the equipment in The Lodge so that others can enjoy them too. Broken pool sticks, ping pong paddles, etc. can result in damage fees. During the winter months, the Lodge will be closed if temperatures drop below 35 degrees Fahrenheit. brbrTOWELS:brThere are freshly laundered bath towels, hand towels and washcloths in the bathroom towel storage rack. There are a number of kitchen towels and a drying pad for dishes in the kitchen. If additional linens are needed, please contact management.brbrAt the end of your stay, please place all used towels on the bathroom floor.brbrCOOKING UTENSILS:brCooking utensils and dishes are provided. We do treat our cabins for pests on a regular basis. Please do not leave any trash or food outside of the cabins or in your car. Please be sure to keep the car windows up. Please do not leave food or trash bags containing food unsecured outdoors (there are wild animals in the mountains!). There is an outdoor trash bin for your use. The treehouse is an open concept floor plan in an octagon shape around the tree to maximize space and functionality. On the main level, there is a stocked kitchenette and barstool seating at the counter. You'll find various board games and books available as well. brbr brbrGuests have access to a private half bathroom located inside on the main level. There is an additional half bathroom and showers a short walk away at the bathhouse. brbr brbrThe bathhouse is a shared facility between three treehouses. It features two showers and two bathrooms (all separate rooms) and is fully climate controlled (warm in winter, cool in summer). It is cleaned daily, sometimes multiple times a day depending on usage. In the shower rooms, guests can find shampoo, conditioner, and body soap available for their use. In the bathrooms, there is toilet paper, hand soap, hand sanitizer, and hair dryers available as well. brbr brbrThis treehouse has been furnished for any needs you might have. The home offers an abundance of large windows allowing the natural light to flow through the home and is designed with Mission style furnishings and hints of stained glass in the soft yet sufficient lighting . Pets are welcome! Please bring the necessary supplies to clean after them. Pets must remain leashed at all times while outside. Amenities include 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms each located on a separate level of this 3 level home. All linens have been selected with your comfort in mind. The bunkhouse is open year-round. It has a queen bed in one bedroom, a twin bed with trundle in the other bedroom, and a tiled shower with vanity area. The decor is inspired by our ranch lifestyle. There is an electric fireplace for those chilly mountain evenings. The private deck has an outside dining area where you can hear the horses passing on the trail in the distance. After you have enjoyed the mountain activities, you can soak in the hot tub on the front deck while enjoying the beautiful starry nights!
