Then, come home to peace & quiet and slumber the night away in the most comfortable of surroundings while listening to the sounds of nature.brbrWander the grounds or fish (catch & release) at the 1/2 acre stocked pond. The property is great for grabing a blanket and having a picnic or stargazing in the large open area.brbrAccess everything within the cabin and on the porch. The stocked pond, large fire-pit and small stream are all accessible to guests.br“The Cabins at Copperhill”brRental AgreementbrbrWhen you make a reservation at “The Cabins at Copperhill” you are agreeing to the following terms. brbrAGE:brWe require that you be at least 25 years old and responsible to rent our cabins. We reserve the right to refuse to rent to anyone who we deem to be “not responsible” or when there is a situation that seems questionable. We do make exceptions occasionally, especially for honeymoons and anniversaries. Do not sit, stand on or damage hot tub covers. When using hot tub please use caution when removing hot tub cover. Please store the cover in a safe location on the deck that will not cause damage to the cover (hot tub covers are expensive to replace, and your credit card will be charged if damaged).brbrOur hot tubs are always turned on and set to 102 degrees F. The chemicals have been properly aligned and tested for your safety and enjoyment. Please do not change the hot tub settings. You may turn the jets on and off as well as the fountain and lights. When finished using the hot tub, please close the lid securely and be careful when exiting as the deck can be slippery when wet. brbrLODGE:brThe Lodge is open to all guests to use. There is a pool table, ping pong table, surround sound with Spotify, large screen TV, table games and more. The Lodge is open until 11 PM each night. Please respect the equipment in The Lodge so that others can enjoy them too. Broken pool sticks, ping pong paddles, etc. can result in damage fees. During the winter months, the Lodge will be closed if temperatures drop below 35 degrees Fahrenheit. brbrTOWELS:brThere are freshly laundered bath towels, hand towels and washcloths in the bathroom towel storage rack. There are a number of kitchen towels and a drying pad for dishes in the kitchen. If additional linens are needed, please contact management.brbrAt the end of your stay, please place all used towels on the bathroom floor.brbrCOOKING UTENSILS:brCooking utensils and dishes are provided. Please use what you need and wash and dry when finished. Dish liquid is provided as well as dish towels. The exterior of the middle level of this home is surrounded on 3 sides with outdoor decks complete with plenty of seating areas, a dining area, a charcoal grill (charcoal and lighter fluid is not provided). outdoor lamps and string lights for plenty of lighting and ambience. On this level on the right side and rear of the home there is a hot tub which will accommodate 7 people. On the third level of the home you will find an open loft with the master bedroom, master bath, walk-in closet, a 36 Smart TV, a king size bed, an intimate seating area and a private outdoor balcony. On the lower level is a recreation room with a 72 Smart TV, a pool table that converts to a game table with benches or a ping pong table. There is seating for 8 on the patio of this level as well as comfortable leather furniture on the inside. On the patio of this level there are more string lights for light and ambience. An electronic plastic tip dart board is also provided for your enjoyment. There is an electric fireplace in the entertainment center that also provides heat. The bedroom on this level is large and equipped with a king size bed, seating for 2 and a 36 Smart TV. The bathroom on the lower level can be closed off from the recreation room providing a private bath and entrance from the bedroom. Enjoy the outdoors around the outdoor firepit at the rear of the home with seating for 8 nestled among the mature trees that are lit at night with landscape lighting (firewood is not provided). Also provided for your outdoor pleasure you will have access to the games of Corn Hole and Skittles Throw. Both are appropriate for all ages. Smoking is permitted anywhere outside. Please respect future guests and use the ashtrays that are provided. Smoking of any substance is prohibited inside the home. Fireworks and the discharge of firearms is prohibited at any time as well as loud music. Feel free to enjoy the outdoors but please use your indoor voices after 10PM and be mindful of constant barking dogs when outside. Within minutes of your location you will find the Ocoee whitewater river with a scenic drive into Benton, TN with numerous scenic points to enjoy the sights of the roaring river nestled among the mountains on each side. Take an adventure and book a trip in the whitewater rapids with an experienced guide. Or for a more relaxing jaunt down the calmer part of the river you can head to McCaysville and book a relaxing and slow tubing adventure. Historic Blue Ridge, GA is approximately a 25 minute drive. Blue Ridge also offers unique shops and restaurants as well the Blue Ridge scenic railroad. Allow a day to enjoy them all if you venture into Blue Ridge. Lake Blue Ridge is also a must see and in the summertime be sure to visit the Blue Ridge Marina which offers a Key West vibe with great burgers and finger food. If additional linens are needed, please contact management.brbrAt the end of your stay, please place all used towels on the bathroom floor.brbrCOOKING UTENSILS:brCooking utensils and dishes are provided. Please use what you need and wash and dry when finished. Dish liquid is provided as well as dish towels. Do not expect to drop the temperature to 70 degrees on a 90+ degree day. These units also work the same in cold weather. If the temperature outside is 40 degrees, the unit may raise the temperature by 10 degrees, just enough to make the tent a bit more comfortable. The treehouse is an open concept floor plan centered around a single tree to maximize space and functionality. On the main level, there is a stocked kitchenette and barstool seating at the counter. You'll find various board games available in the ottoman as well. brbr brbrLa Paz has an entrance platform that features a covered seating area, a sink, counter space, a Blackstone Griddle, and a private half bathroom. Guests have access to an additional half bathroom and showers at our Bathhouse Facility. brbr brbrOur Bathhouse Facility is 60 yards away from the treehouse. The bathhouse has four separate rooms, plus our office. Two rooms are single showers, and two rooms are half bathrooms. The bathhouse is a shared facility.
