Sip some coffee on the deck and watch for hummingbirds that frequent the feeder!brbrThe outdoor fire pit is located just behind the house with an easily accessible and well lit walking path. Surrounding the fire pit are 5 adjustable Adirondack chairs. The short path to the fire pit is lined with timed string lights. Don’t forget to bring your firewood and kindling or purchase some at many of the local stores nearby. brbrOne king size bed in the enormous master bedroom on the main level. This bedroom also has its own private full bathroom including a double vanity. Enjoy the Roku tv while relaxing on the adjustable bed while looking out over the forest! brbrThe loft has one twin and one full bed. This room has a tv and a Nintendo gaming system. The loft also includes couch seating. There are 9 steps leading up to the loft. Use of the stairs is not reccommended for small children. brbrPlease be aware this community is relatively new. You may experience homes throughout the neighborhood that are under various phases of completion however the neighborhood is generally very quiet and this is not typically an issue. This home is located in the very back of the community and there’s typically no noise other than the rustling of wind through the trees or sounds of nature. brbrThere are various walking trails as well as a playground and outdoor games. The entire neighborhood is very walkable. This neighborhood is just across the road from the very popular Mountain Goat Trail. There are bike rentals available at nearby businesses or you can bring your own!brbrThere’s a super cool handy guest book in the home. The daybed is great for lounging during the day, but can easily be converted to sleeping arrangements for two. The unit has a kitchen equipped with basic kitchen supplies including a full size refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, and ample storage space. This cottage has one bathroom. Please keep in mind, this cottage is considered a tiny home, so the bathroom is on the smaller side. The bathroom includes a vanity space, toilet, standing shower, and several cupboards for storage. brbrOur favorite feature of the Cuddly Bear Cottage is spacious screened in porch! Perfect for outdoor dining, or simply enjoying the fresh air. We wanted to make all guests happy so we have a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig all in one! The dishwasher even opens up slightly when complete so the dishes dry appropriately. The kitchen island is to die for- you can buffet style the food and the dining room table sits 10 whiffle there are several additional chairs to sit 11 & 12 or you can sit 10 comfortably outside just 30 feet away at an oversized table under covered deck.brbr3 living rooms! 3x 70 inch TV’s, play rooms, living rooms w one upstairs w a super surround sound system made by Harmon Kardon. There is DVD players attached to all but the best part is the 20+ foot couch upstairs that you will think is heaven... many guests end up sleeping on this couch bc it’s amazing!!! But I haven’t even mentioned the game systems for the kids!! And the legit play cabin for the smaller kids! Wow! 3-4 game systems like rea arcade style but you don’t need quarters to play!!! brbrFor guests needing to get work complete, we have 3 small desks and did I mention one gig Internet, the fastest in the United States ! So make sure you hook up your devices to the Wi-Fi and experience the fastest Internet in the United States. brbrRegarding outdoor living for all the family: Plenty of space, private garage & more.
