This 4,000-square-foot, custom-built premier home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with two dishwashers and microwaves, as well as a refrigerator, washer, dryer, three central heat and air conditioning units, and 10-foot ceilings fitted with ceiling fans. Nine TVs (cable, HDTV in master and living room), broadband Internet access and Wi-Fi are also provided. Other features include an elevator (ground to first floor), a large dining table, game room with Foosball table, gas fireplace, and whirlpool tub in master bath. Sleeping accommodations include four king, four queen, and a double-sized bed, as well as one twin-over-twin bunk bed set. Outdoor amenities include two covered oceanfront decks furnished with rocking chairs, covered front porch with marsh views, private 40-by-30-by-10-foot L-shaped swimming pool with furnished poolside patio and hot tub, outdoor bar, outdoor shower, private walkway to beach, and ample parking (some covered).
