Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came down in June for our summer vacation and loved it so much we came back last week for our Fall vacation. We stayed in 2 different condos and really liked them both. Our kids really loved the inside and outside pools. There is a bar by the outside pool for drinks, food and my kids loved the dip n dops. Everyone there have been so nice. It's a great place to book for vacation and we will definitely be back next year.

Reviewer Comments: I've stayed in better places and I've stayed in worse places. We rented 3 condos for our families. The resort is oceanfront which was the best part. The building is old but seemed to be well maintained. It was close to groceries, shopping, and the inlet. The unit I stayed in could have been a little cleaner (floors needed swept and/or mopped) and all 3 definitely needed updated. All units were described as non smoking in brochures & contracts but the unit my daughter & her family got was a smoking unit. It was awful smelling and started to make everyone sick. I called housekeeping and luckily there was another non smoking unit available. Mgmt immediately moved them. The parking garage was difficult to drive in and congested with large trucks (taking two spaces) and golf carts. I don't know if I would stay there again. We enjoyed our time in area though.

We had to go out and buy extra spoons, forks , bowls, cookie sheet, and loaf pan! The cookie sheet and loaf pans that were were dirty and rusted! The reality company brought us a roasting pan. Parking was horrible! We were very dissatisfied and would never stay there again!

The area where washer and dryer are was dirty and full of dust. Not enough dishes or cooking pans, like a roasting pan with a cover. We’re here for 3 months you need these dishes to make meals!

We hope to rebook again especially because there are so many adventures in this area of South Carolina. This location is also a great place for enjoying your grandchildren with its indoor and outdoor pools and children pools.

ROKU TV is not for Everyone, as We couldn’t get it to work. Shower is the smaller bathroom needs something besides a shower curtain because the water came out onto the floor soaking towels. Outlets in master bedroom didn’t work half the time so this definitely needs attention. Washer/ dryer desperately needs to be pulled out and cleaned. No problems as far as the kitchen with the abundance of necessities. We had to ask for extra towels and washcloths as there was only one set per person (3). With some deep cleaning and attention it would be wonderful. We were told the indoor pool was heated, but it was cold. Hot tub wasn’t working until Thursday after We had been there 4 nights. Outdoor pool needs to be heated as it was ice cold.
