Located in Oceanside Village, a gated community with its own beach parking, the home comes with a golf cart for use within the community only, it cannot be used outside of Oceanside Village. It offers a beautiful living room with fun games and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. You will love the large screened in porch to sit and chat or play cards, the new furnishings and the outdoor shower! We are pet friendly with an additional fee.brbrThe home comes with the beds made- enjoy the King bed as soon as you walk in! Towels and linens are provided for every stay. brbrThe home was updated and renovated in 2022 and comes with access to the 3 pools and private beachfront parking for a day in the sun. The home also comes with beach chairs, umbrellas and a few bikes. You can shower off the sand in the outdoor shower. End the night grilling on the gas or charcoal grill (propane/charcoal not provided). Every Wednesday during the summer Oceanside Village has a free Ice Cream Social at the pools.
