The problem we had was that the tvs weren’t working properly. We don’t watch much tv when we’re there, but we like to watch it at night when we go to bed. It took 4 days to resolve the problem. Was not impressed. The door to enter was very hard to open and neeeds updating as I feel the whole condo needs. I really likr Royal Gardens, but this was the worst condo we stayed at there. I’m just trying to give an honest opinion.

Was given keys at check in that did not work and wrong pool code that had been changed since 7/4. Maintenance people were amazing with helping with the door locks that have been an issue for quite some time now.

The couch was a gray dirty color and the cushions were so smooshed you could barely sit on it. The recliners were all stained. I felt gross sitting on them. The wood floor was all stained. The kitchen stools cushions were extremely dirty and stained. The bathroom in hall the wall paper was peeling. The master bedroom had dust all over the ceiling. We put the fan on and all this dust came off. Tiles in master and bathroom were cracked. You could not sit out on balcony all you smelled was marijuana. Definitely not a family resort. Royal Gardens needs to up their game. On 2 separate nights someone threw up all over the common area near elevators and it took hours to clean up! The condo needs updating and a good cleaning. We did not spend much time inside thankfully. Rent at your own risk!

But the condo was dated and dirty looks like it was not cleaned from the vacationers before, bed covers dirty and stained, rugs looked years old.Meet had to clean the entire area.We don’t expect spotless but at least beds and rugs.
