Compass Rose 11, three-bedroom, two-bath condo, ocean front

The location is great and layout is nice. Sent letter with photo of areas of concern in condo (Mold and repaired ceiling stained and not painted). It is in bad need of refreshing. Furniture is stained, kitchen cabinets are chipped. Condo has a moldy smile. I would not stay again.

Plenty of seating in living area.We loved the screen porch. Smaller bedroom does not have a ceiling fan and was warm, called and floor fan brought right away. Both king mattresses definitely need replacing, faucet leaking in hall bath.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was very disappointed with the overall cleanliness.There were ants in the master bath window and sink even though they sprayed. There was a roach in the LR, also 3-4 roaches on the porch in the evening at least 3 times. The ceramic tile needs some serious cleaning of the grout. The kitchen cabinets and bathroom trim needs to be touched up.The bathtubs need safety bars and new shower liners. We probably will not stay in unit 11 again. We appreciate you resolving some of our initial concerns.

Loved it !CONCERNS : with 8 people in the unit, the hot/warm water was gone after the 1st bath. Cold showers ! Also, something is wrong with the A/C air you go in the condo, rooms on the right are warm/hot and rooms on the left are icey !If these things are repaired , I'd love to return !Thnx for asking.

We had an issue with a broken bed and the Maintenance Staff came right away and repaired that. We definitely plan to be back.

View of the ocean is ok, not great because 1st floor condo but I knew that going in. The condo was being cleaned when we arrived around 3:00 and when we were allowed in after 4, it was not clean. There was dirt under the couch and chairs so obviously nothing is ever moved to clean. There was dust that had been there for several weeks. We took the broom and dust pan and cleaned it ourselves. Through out the week, I did spot a few roaches. Not palamino bugs because I know what they are. There was a screen that was out and we called and it was taken care of on a Sunday which was much appreciated. The furniture is in much need of replacing. The king bed in the master was the one that I had and I felt like I was going to fall out of bed and it was because the mattress was so bad. It had a slope on one side so you had to get to the middle to be comfortable. I was in it alone so that was fine but a couple would have difficulties with it I am sure. The toilet in the master bath was very wobbly. The living room furniture was old as well. We chose not to rent it again for 2024 because the rent was increased by over $700 and I didn't feel like it was worth that price for what we saw. If everything was new then no problem.

The beach was quiet and not crowded. We hated to leave and would definitely go back again!
