The lot is also in a wooded cove with a no-wake buoy, so there is minimal boat traffic or waves to deal with, leading to a very peaceful serene experience. The home boasts 5 large private bedrooms, all with ensuite baths, and two huge living areas, on three separate levels, so there is plenty of privacy, but also plenty of space for gatherings. We have just added a bunk room with two twins over two queens, a perfect kid's space. 6th full bathroom also on the lower level. The home has also maximized the outdoor living areas, with over 1200 square feet of covered patio and deck space and 2 outdoor stone fireplaces with gas logs.br brThe front of the home is a combination of board and batten siding, authentic stone, metal accents, with inviting entry in a Modern Farmhouse/Craftsman style. As you enter the home, you are greeted by an expansive open floor plan with a 25 foot wide wall of windows showcasing the expansive lake views. The gorgeous gourmet kitchen has upgraded appliances, 6 burner gas range, oversized refrigerator and a huge island with bar seating. We have tried to stock the kitchen with everything you could possibly need. We have a blender, toaster oven with air fry option, combination Keurig/coffee pot Cuisinart coffee maker, pots and pans, crock pot, spice rack, and many other items! The kitchen flows seamlessly into the huge open living area. This area contains a dining area with seating for 10 (plus bar seating). Beside the dining area is a large living area with modern white brick fireplace, gas logs, huge television, and abundant seating perfect for gathering. brbrThis home is modern in every way, including technologically. The home has 9 Smart TVs, all brand new, with Directv on 8 TV's. Netflix, Prime Video, and numerous other Apps available on all TVs. brbrFrom the living area, there are two sets of expansive sliders leading to the back porch, which is a mere 50 feet from the shore. One bedroom is oversized and has two queen beds, television, and large bathroom. The other bedroom has king bedding, television, and large bathroom. Both rooms are quite large, and both have beautiful elevated lake views. There is also a cozy reading nook and writing desk upstairs between the bedrooms.brbrThe terrace level has a second master, nearly identical to the main level master, with expansive lake views, oversized bath and closet, television and luxury king bedding. Sliders lead to a private lakeside sitting area. There is a 6th bedroom on this level as well, a custom bunk room with two Twin beds over two Queen beds. There are built in outlets, lights, and shelves and a 50 inch TV. Truly a kids' (or adults'...) paradise! The terrace level also has a 6th full bath. This level has an enormous recreation room, with pool table area, built in bar with additional refrigerator, sink and commercial ice maker, and huge seating area with comfortable sectional, stone fireplace with gas logs, and huge TV. This area is perfect for movie night, watching football games, and relaxing. Similar to the main level, nearly the entire back wall of this room is glass and affords amazing Keowee views. brbrStepping outside the terrace level, there is a covered porch with second stone fireplace and gas logs. Yes, there are four sets of gas logs and 4 stone or brick fireplaces! There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a great day on the water. This property is very unusual for Lake Keowee, in that the back yard is nearly flat, and it only takes a few steps on the flagstone path to get to the shoreline. The path leads to the oversized covered dock, perfect for soaking up sun, and large enough to dock any boats or jet skis you bring or rent, and 10-12 feet of deep crystal clear water at the dock. Guests are free to dock boats and/or jet skis in the slip or on the sides. Plenty of room for multiple vessels. Our house is perfect for two families, small group gatherings, and Clemson football fans (and other fans too:). Pricing for home game weekends go up on those weekends. Inside there is the awesome reclining sectional in the living room (four recliners!) as well as the pub table or the dining room table. We have 3 dining areas inside and there is a double-sided fireplace partly separating the dining and living room for the colder months. We have a huge circular cement driveway with plenty of room for a trailer and multiple cars/SUVs. We have a fully stocked kitchen for cooking and entertaining. We have Dish TV, and AT&T Wi-Fi. There are three TV's: one in the living room, and one in each of the two rooms with the king beds. br-Master suite with a king bed, electric fireplace, and a bathroom with a garden tub and separate shower. br-Connected to the master is an office with a desk for anyone that might have to get some work done as well as a daybed/trundle. br-The second room has a king bed as well with a full bathroom right outside the door. br-There is a queen bed in the third room.br-The kids' room has bunk beds with a twin on top and a full-on bottom.br- The house is one story with there only being a few stairs in the deck area. Clemson is 25 minutes away where there are great restaurants such as The Alumni Restaurant and Bar, and The Blue Heron sushi as well as many more. We are 10 minutes from Seneca where you will find restaurants for the whole Family. We have Copper River, Sole Grill and Sushi Bar, The Lighthouse, California's Mexican restaurant, Fatz, and Joe's New York Pizza to name a few. Further into downtown Seneca is The Spot where you can find awesome bar food and live music. There is Vangeli's Bistro (Italian), Papa Julios (awesome Mexican] Ye Old Sandwich shop and more! br-For those amazing craft brews (as well as coffees and teas), stop in at Brews on the Alley or Keowee Brewing Company, and get a growler to take with you! This house was completely remodeled in 2021. At 3000 sq ft, it provides ample space. The kitchen is fully stocked. Nestled in a quiet cove that feeds into lake Keowee, it’s a kayaker’s dream. The house comes equipped kayaks and paddle boards. Kayak to hidden waterfalls right up the creek! brbrEnjoy the nights in a private hot tub on the deck or cozy up by the fire pit. The master bath includes dual shower heads and a heated bidet toilet seat.brbrClemson University is 16 miles away. We have a 70” TV in the “Clemson” room and a 55” in the living room. Direct tv included and fiber optic high speed internet. brbrThe house comes with many baby friendly essentials and includes a crib, two baby gates, a high chair and child proof locks for the cabinets. Inquire with the owner if you need to borrow a pack n play or any other baby essentials. brbrThe house is on Cane Creek which feeds into Keowee. The path to the dock is very steep! At the dock the water is usually between 6-8’ but the water level fluctuates. The pontoon shown in pics is not for rent. If you have a boat, you’re welcome to tie it up to the side of the dock. If the lake level is low, there are some very shallow spots that can be tough to navigate. There are various boat rentals available on lake keowee. brbrThe nearest boat ramp is seven miles, about a ten min drive. It’s called Cane Creek Landing.brbrYou can swim off the dock however after a rain storm, the water can be murky. We recommend kayaking and swimming near the waterfalls or in deeper water further out in the lake.brbrOne security camera is located on the front of the house facing the driveway.
