Seasider 302 - Two-bedroom, Two & 1/2 Bath Oceanfront Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First I was unaware that there is only one ceiling fan in the entire condo and its above the dining room table. Zero air circualation in the bedrooms. We had to go purchase a fan for one room and found a fan in a closet for the other room. We also experienced a problem with our water going out completely on Sunday, no one seemed too concerned that an entire building was without water and didn't fix it till after business opened back up on Monday morning. This was very frustrating. I will say the porch is amazing, large and the view is beautiful. This is where we spent most of our time while at the condo. I would not stay at this location again and will probably not rent from Garden City Realty again, just because of how they handled the water situation.

It has million dollar views and very relaxing. The inside was very neat and clean.

Reviewer Comments: We were left stranded on 14th floor at Waters Edge no elevator no bedding for sofa bed when requested was told “they couldn’t get up there”. First day we had appointment so had to leave received call from Robin stating the maintenance men could pack us and move us next door. That was unacceptable and ridiculous. Two women were not going to have their personal items dirty laundry etc packed by strangers. We walked the 14 floors only to then have a complete power outage for 2 hours in the dark without ANY phone numbers to call and NOBODY answering the numbers we googled. Waters Edge WAS OPEN but did not answer. Emergency maintenance number did not answer. We requested to be relocated Tuesday morning was told maintenance men would be there to help NOBODY CAME. Upon relocating to Sea Sider found a large bug in toilet almost seemed deliberate or wasn’t it cleaned? Parking under Sea Sider was ridiculous. Our 5 day stay was cut short to only 2 good days. We also lost access to pool and hot tub. We received 20% refund. Unacceptable. I will be reporting the way everything was handled. Nobody claimed responsibility for the elevator. WEATHER WAS BEAUTIFUL THE ISSUES WERE ONGOING ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE ISSUES AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION

Garden City Realty went above and beyond and very nice to work with. Very good location to get to grocery and attractions. We will definitely be back.

Nice to have 3 bathrooms Porch was Wonderfull. when it said you need to bring everything they were right.Besides the expected the only thing extra were a few boggie boards someone had left.The bed in the main bedroom had about a 2 inch foam pad on top of the mattress and on top of that a 2 inch memory foam pad. It made the bed too soft. I removed the foam and it was better. Having a plastic covering over the mattresses felt like I was in a cheap hotel. There has to be a better way.They need a second lamp in the master, one where you can plug in your chargers.A better coffee maker would be nice. The one there worked ok but you could not take and pour a cup when it was brewing, it would leak on the pad.Liked the couches and coffee table. Last it would been nice to have a fan in the would be costly to put in ceiling fans but one on a stand would be nice.

We were told master bed was 1 year old but it was awful to sleep on. They tried to make it better with two toppers on it. Would not rent this unit again. 12 years of renting we found this rental unacceptable.

In the past we rented from a competing agency but after experiencing the excellent service from Garden City Realty we ONLY rent with them! Highly reocmmend them to any vacationers.

Loved the location very conveniently located to the shops we went to. The only complaints would be that the elevator always smelt like urine. So we would take the steps. Also none of the electric outlets worked in the master bathroom. A pest control guy came and knocked on the door one afternoon to spry while we were there. i thought that was strange. I checked his badge.
