Plenty of space, comfortable beds, lots of outdoor space and the pool was fabulous. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the things you will need as well.

Garden City Realty made it so easy to check in and out! We were sent all the information needed before we needed it! The house and the pool were very clean and just what we needed. The trash wasn’t taken away before we arrived and the trash cans had a terrible odor. We called to report it and a maintenance worker came immediately to take care of the problem! I highly recommend Sea Grass AND Garden City Realty! We had an amazing week!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful house and a wonderful stay! Close to the beach (short walk or quick golf cart ride), the pool was amazing, and the size was perfect for our family! Our whole extended family agreed we would rent this home again in the future as long as the occupancy continues to meet our needs. Only recommendation would be double bunk beds in one room for the kiddos. The room with the trundle felt a bit tight at times. Overall, we highly recommend!

It is a perfect size for the group of people we are traveling with. Already booked for next year. The property could use a good thorough cleaning. The windows could be cleaner, between the cushions of thr couch and love seat need to be cleaned but overall a great place to stay.

It was a decided advantage having use of the heated pool this year. The kitchen well stocked with most everything you could need.The only downsides were the lack of umbrellas to use at the tables om the deck and at the pool and the mattress on the queen size bed seems to dip into the middle. Have already booked for next year. Love this property.
