The entire house has luxury vinyl plank. The living room is open and cozy. High-Speed wifi is available with a flat screen smart TV. The screened in back porch is an outside retreat and perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. The backyard is spacious, fenced in and perfect for kids or pets!brbrThere are 2 bedrooms downstairs, 1 with a king and the other with a queen bed. Additional 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 with a queen and a twin and the other bedroom with 3 twin beds. Both bathrooms feature showers and tubs. Each bathroom is accessed from the hallway.brbrThe driveway can accompany 2 vehicles and there is space for an additional 2 vehicles on the street in front of the home. Each bed is equipped with a mattress cover, removable duvet cover and blanket which are all washed after each stay. We take pride in make sure everything is clean for a comfortable night’s sleep!brbrThe kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, full range, microwave, coffee maker, french press, cooking and dining essentials and utensils. There's simply nothing else like it in Charleston!brbr300 yards down a private road and you're in the middle of the breathtaking marsh. Just you, dolphins, birds, the occasional kayaker...and of course this big sailing yacht. brbrThe three well-appointed cabins, two bathrooms, a living area, and a modern galley, provide a comfortable stay, to be sure....but who's staying inside when you can spend time on the large dock - relaxing with a good book, grilling out, swimming with the dolphins, paddleboarding, kayaking, or even fishing one of the best spots in town!brbrThis Blue Water Yacht spent most of its life sailing between California and Alaska, although she's been around the world twice. Her classic teak woodwork, comfortable layout, and modern amenities make for the perfect stationary getaway on the water.brbrOh...did I mention you get to name her That's right, we've painted the back of her hull with chalkboard paint, and we provide the chalk. So have a little fun and come up with a cool name!brbrThe Yacht is on a very secluded dock just off the Folly River. This paradise is all yours for your entire stay. You can relax in the hammock or sit at the picnic table on the large pierhead overlooking the marsh. You can take one of the kayaks (we have 2 singles and 1 double) and paddle through the marsh exploring, go swimming, or try your luck fishing or crabbing from the dock. You can also enjoy a breathtaking sunrise and sunset - relax in the chairs on the dock, or up on the pierhead where you will always find a cool breeze. brbrThere are other places you can stay while you're in Charleston, but none of them are like this. You will be staying three football fields away from the nearest house. Just a mile from a grocery store, liquor store, and even a Chinese place - but you won't even think about that stuff, because you're in the middle of a beautiful marsh enjoying the outdoor adventure you always dreamed about. brbrIt is absolutely fine to invite guests to the dock to hang out while you're here. However, it is not fine to have a big party. You are also not allowed to just add additional people (over the 5 people you can book) to stay overnight unless you check with us in advance. You are welcome to trailer your personal boat down and put it in the water next to the dock (we have a ramp) then dock it on the same dock if you like. That makes it pretty easy to get up in the morning and go fishing. :) brbrWe have spent over two years building this paradise on the water. We like to think we've created a unique place for people to relax and enjoy nature - and judging from the reviews, the people who have spent time with us agree!brbr

You are responsible to ensure that all debris, rubbish and discards are placed in plastic bags upon departure, and soiled dishes and cooking utensils are cleaned and returned to their proper location. Linens, blankets, pillows, bedspreads, comforters and towels are provided. It is standard for beds to be made for Guests arrival as part of the linen and cleaning service.brThe home is provided with a starter set of toilet paper & paper towels. Owners do not guarantee that these extra items will always be available for extended stays and guests may need to replenish their own paper goods, toiletries, & laundry detergent, etc.brbrbrCONDITION OF PROPERTY: Owners have, to the best of their ability, given an accurate description of the property and its condition. Guest understands that it is considered as reserved `sight unseen`. Our cleaning staff will have cleaned it before your occupancy.br- All electrical, plumbing and appliances should be in working order. The failures of operation of certain extra amenities, such as TVs, cable, games, or the Internet and WiFi service are not a basis for any refund. Owner will make every effort to have these items repaired but does not guarantee that they will be repaired during Guests occupancy.br- If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately. Guests must inform owners within 2 hours of check-in for a free follow-up clean. Guests must provide time-stamped photos of any unclean areas or other items of concern in order to receive a free follow-up clean.br- We will do our best to have tradesmen attend to the problems but may not be able to fix everything over holidays and weekends.br- Under no circumstances will any of the rental money be refunded or returned because of the condition of the house. The Guest agrees to hold the Owner harmless from any liability for the condition of the house. Use at your own risk.brbrbrCLEANING & REPAIRS: All homes have cleaning included in the total rent. Please note that cleaning does not include dishes & cooking utensils. If additional cleaning is required after you leave, it will be charged to your credit card. Guest agrees to keep house, furniture and furnishings in good order. brbrbrENTRY OF PREMISES: With Guest’s permission, which is hereby given, Owner or Owner’s representative may enter the premises during reasonable daylight hours without securing prior permission from Guest for emergency purposes only, but shall give Guest notice of such entry immediately prior if possible and immediately thereafter.br-In any emergency, Owner or Owner’s servicing agents may enter the premises at any time without permission of Guest for the purposes of making repairs to alleviate such emergency.br-If Guest abandons or vacates premises, Owner may, at his option, terminate this agreement, re-enter the premises and remove all Guest`s property.brbrbrCANCELLATION POLICY: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the total due will be refunded as follows:br- We provide a 48 hour grace period in which a guest may cancel their reservation after booking. No refunds will be given for any cancellations after this 48 hour period. Guest is responsible to obtain travel insurance.br- HURRICANES & TROPICAL STORMS - There are NO REFUNDS for hurricanes, tropical storms or weather conditions, even if a mandatory evacuation is ordered (optional travel insurance is offered for Renters protection or Renter may obtain through a third party. We do not provide any refunds for cancellations after 48 hours of booking under any circumstances.brbrbrQUIET HOURS: Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs the neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.brbrbrFURNITURE: All furniture must be returned to its original location on Guest`s departure or an additional charge will be made.brbrbrMISSING ITEMS: Renters will be charged for any missing items reasonably attributable to Renters and not returned after notification. The cleaning service performs an inventory/survey of the property after Guests depart and notifies the Owner of any missing items. Owner will notify guests in the event that items were inadvertently taken, and provide guests the opportunity to return the missing items.brbrbrUSE OF SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras inside the house.
