Our lovely 4 bedroom/2 bath home is located on a quiet street with little traffic. Drive 10 minutes to Downtown Charleston and 8 minutes to Folly Beach. Enjoy plenty of space, as well as great beds (1 king, 2 queens, 1 full) and a stocked kitchen. brbrThe home is very clean and has a wonderful front porch to relax on, as well as a large backyard with a fire pit. We provide many amenities, including excellent WiFi and a washing machine and dryer. You can bring up to 2 cars and park in the driveway.brbrThe home has 1510 square feet. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and 2 of the rooms have queens. The fourth bedroom has a full size bed. The beds are excellent. We provide clean linens and towels, and the home is professionally cleaned between stays. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes everything you may need, including plenty of dishes, serving bowls, pots, pans, etc. The backyard is very private and has an outdoor seating area and fire-pit you are welcome to use. There is a lovely front porch with chairs that many people enjoy. brbrThe neighborhood is wonderful - it is quiet, peaceful and has very little traffic going by. You are welcome to bring up to 2 cars and park in the driveway. brbrThere is a TV into which you can plug your own device via the HDMI port, for example a Firestick or Roku. It is not a Smart TV and it does not have regular TV, cable, streaming devices, etc.

It has a large kitchen and dining room area that is open to the living room as well. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is filled with charm and has a cozy, homey feel to it that many guests have absolutely loved. A brand new AC unit was installed in February of 2021 to keep you cool on those hot summer days. brbrIt has a large screened in porch (with two ceiling fans) where you can enjoy the summer breeze and have a nice dinner to wind down from a long day at the beach. It can get a bit dirty when it rains due to dirt splashing into the porch, but it is cleaned every time the house gets flipped after guests leave. It's a screened in porch in South Carolina so there will definitely be bugs.brbrThe value of this home is incredible and the location is amazing.
